Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomWasn't speaking clean , missing towels, and the cleaning lady on the last day of staying she just accessed and open the door without knocking ( i was awake) she could've just chek on the reception if we have left not just entering the room at 8 :30 in the morning. She left without apology.Hotel doesn't have door sign so i couldn't use that on the handle .
Propety location is nice by the Danube but nothing around you definitely need car. Insisde the hotel was nice for 3 stars , Staff on the reception the girl and the young man very polite and nice and very friendly I will give them a 5 star .

RomaniaThe gate closes somewhere around 10 pm, and you have to call the reception to have someone there open the gate for you. Wasn't informed about this, and it is quite unusual anyway. I'd like a different way of handling this. Maybe if they would give guests a remote for the gate.
The room was clean, the day time staff is helpful and polite.
