Nice city, good breakfast with various option, clean room, good standard of hotel

The hotel is a real four star establishment. Impressive hall, fresh flowers, dignified and helpful staff. Room not big but tastefully decorated, quiet and confortable. I didn't have a special view but it was the only one available when I checked in at 10.30 am. Plentyful and varied breakfast, safe parking space for a small fee. Incredible value for money.

Our only issue was mostly our own fault. The room was very hot and they offered to send up a remote for the air con. We declined because we were already in bed and thought we could just open a window. However there were dogs barking all night so the window option wasn’t our best choice. Next time we recommend getting the remote for air conn room is perfectly quiet with the window closed.

We were warmly greeted by reception staff. Our room was small but cozy, modern and clean. Location is perfect, beds small but comfortable. Shower worked well, nice towels and amenities. The view was of a roof but that was because we asked for quiet. We would have preferred a higher floor but the second floor at the back was mostly quiet. Breakfast was great - lots of options including freshly made omelets.

The location is great, right in the center of Sinaia. The staff was really nice and polite. The hotel itself looks great, and it's very clean. It was overall a nice stay, and I would recommend it and most likely book again in the future.

They gave us connecting rooms but when we got in the room, the connecting door was locked. It is also extremely hot at night.

I loved everything but the only "negative" point is the water that floods the 🪠. I had to use towels to dry the floor.

The AC was shut down in the entire hotel. The room got hot during the day and it remained so during the night, staying over 25 degrees Celsius which is hard to sleep in Customers have to pay the same parking fee as anyone else

The mattress was very soft, too soft for a hotel bed, for me was not good. Do not book dinner with the room because if there are not may clients with this option you have maybe 2 choices of menu. Better to go to a restaurant.

One problem was that the swimming pool and sauna no workins In the room I stayed in for 2 nights, the sheets were not changed after the first night.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Helpful receptionist and staff, lovely and great first impression of hotel. It was clean and stylish, and there was an excellent service in where I had dinner and breakfast. Food was good, and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well equipped, and the bed was comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a visit in the future.

The bed was so comfortable! We had a beautiful view of the mountain and the personnel received us with a cup of champagne. The breakfast is delicious, you can find Rumanian toppings and cheese as well as a wide variety of food. The perfect place to recover after a hike in the mountains.
