Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe receptionist who greeted us did not read one thing of our booking request, i.e 'please add extra blanket, room away from the elevator'. Our room was the exact first room next to the elevator which in the end was not so bad as the hotel was quiet. The lady receptionist was not very professional and keen to even talk to customers (meet, greet, give some information about the hotel, etc.), on contrary she was always somewhere behind leaving the feeling that the hotel reception is unattended which for a 4 star hotel should not be acceptable.
Good room size, cleanliness was there, location really handy. The night male receptionist who was checking us out (early 3am checkout) although seemed very busy with prep for the next day, took his time and was very professional. Great job!

SerbiaI did not like the fact that on Booking it says that the parking is free od charge for hotel’s guests, but in fact it is charged 4€ per day. Also, I felt like the hotel lacks just a bit of maintenance both indoors and outdoors.
I liked the vicinity of city center and the simplicity of hotel building, it is easy to navigate. Also, I would praise the lady receptionist who welcomed us very kindly (checked in 4pm 30.12.’23.)

RomaniaThey need to train their staff better. At the check-in, at 12.30 am, the man at the front desk give me a room wich was occupied, I opened the door and there was someone else there. I went to the front desk and he refused to give me another room until he went to check by himself that the room was occupied and also to check if the new room is free 😊.

RomaniaSome services are out of service at the moment, apparently after the pandemic. I booked 2 rooms with view to the park which were a bit more expensive, but none of the rooms were as expected. One of them was facing to the main street and the window was broken, so it wasn’t possible to fully close it and the other one was facing to the park, but the view was just the roof of the ground floor.
Location was okay. There was a gym and enough parking slots. The bathroom and room were spacious.

RomaniaThe issues we had was with the front desk stuff, ( one young guy) who refused us the room , even though on booking they displayed availability. But we considered a direct visit would be appropriate. The guy was disrespectful, untrained, unaware of his duties and of the system, emphathyless and impolite. He had no aparent will of working. He found excuses like it is too late for checking in ( ??) there are only 4 rooms out of which 2 not clean and 2 are blocked, or the booking is not visible in the system. Even though we were at the front desk at 10: 45 pm with a tired 3 year old and suffering from the heat (39 degrees outside) he took another group coming 10 minutes after us , even though he eventually acknoledged the booking. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel staff, I must say, he really brought a bad impression on the hotel and on the overall chain, otherwise ok. The Ac noisy and inefficient, one can not sleep with it on. the pillows stiff the bed queen size, nor wide enough the finishings in the room are poor ( wallpaper overlapping and not straight)
The room was good size, and the bed queen size was comfy.The bathroom nicely tiled, good condition with a surprising bidee. There were no slippers or bathrobes. Breakfast balanced enough.
