This is such a beautiful place, very stylish interior like in the pictures. Lovely inner yard where you can park the car (but there is also convenient street parking). The location was also very good, close to all main sights in the old town. Check-in and check-out was very easy and convenient. We had a great stay and we highly recommend Nikolas Haus!

A minor annoyance was the shower. It was impossible to take a shower and not get water all over the bathroom, the drain also doesn’t really drain too well.

It’s clean quiet and comfortable. Checkin was easy with the instructions they sent. They’re responsive on WhatsApp when you have questions. It’s a 15 minute walk from the central square and it has parking which is very convenient. The courtyard parking was a little bit tight to manoeuvre but there was enough easy parking on the street right outside which we used instead.

Great location, 10 min walk to the main attractions. The apartment is perfectly designed (three windows!) and exceptionally clean. Parking inside is the huge benefit for this area. Easy check-in and check-out.

1. The owner: very kind, always ready to assist in a rapid and professional manner, prior and during the stay. 2. The apartment is not only beautifully decorated but I was impressed by the attention to details, the quality of furniture, materials used, fittings etc. all adding additional value to the charm of the room. The kitchen is also well decorated and furnished. 3. Smooth check-in/out process 4. The guest house is nicely decorated with the same attention to details. The location in one of the historic areas of the old town adds to its charm. The proximity to downtown (walking distance) and good public transport connections to the bus for Poiana Brasov resort and the railway station is also to be appreciated. I will surely return with great pleasure!

The apartment is very cozy, located close to the old town. The apartment was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. Well heated room, there is a stove, dishes, oven, kettle and coffee machine, everything for a comfortable stay. There is convenient internal parking for residents, which is a rarity for the city center .The hosts provided us with board games and complimentary champagne.

Extremely well equipped, clean and cozy. A huge bonus for the property it’s the fact that they’ve got private parking and it’s within a very short walking distance from the city centre. The owner is also very professional, I ended up messaging about a couple of things and she was very prompt to reply. I will definitely return to Nikolas Haus.

Nothing everything was great.

The modernised traditional decoration was really fitting to the environment and beautiful.Even though the building is old there has been some nice work done which creates a comfortable and like-home atmosphere that provides you with all the necessities and independence.Lastly,it is located in a very nice street where there’s a lot historic background and view to the medieval churches and cemeteries that really sets the mood for a stay in Romania.

The property is very clean, beautifully presented and with great facilities. We had a great time staying here and we loved Brasov. The host was kind enough to extend our checkout so we could visit Bran castle which we greatly appreciated.

Wonderful traditional house, excellently renovated, in Brasov. We booked the apartment for 2 people. The sleeping room is fantastic, so beautifully decorated. The bed very big and comfortable, big screen in case you like to watch a movie from the bed, with many windows. The heating works perfectly and it was very warm in the apartment. There is a complete bathroom and a cute kitchen with everything you need. We only had coffee and a light breakfast in the mornings (Nespresso machine with sufficient tubs for the 3 days, thank you Daniela for that). Braşov is full of great restaurants, very modern gastrobars, so it makes absolutely no sense to cook for yourself with such an offer. The kitchen has a washing machine and there is plenty of space in the bathroom for hanging the clothes. The access to the house is perfectly arranged with codes and keys. You can park the car inside the courtyard, very safe. However, we have felt safe everywhere in Romania, so it wouldn’t have been a problem to park in the street. Everything was very clean and convenient. The house is at walking distance to the pedestrian area and old town of Braşov in a very beautiful neighborhood. In summary, a perfect place, very well organized by Daniela, who was always available via message. You have your privacy, but at the same time, she is there for you to support you with any topic. Thank you Daniela! Hope we can come back to your place. By the way, the area is fantastic for hiking and cultural activities.

Very pleasant and quiet location, only 10/15 min walk to Council Square. Great communication with hosts. Nice spacious attic apartment with lovely views from the roof lights. Shared outdoor space, which we didn't use but a lovely space. Private parking was very helpful. Have to be aware of sloping roof towards the eaves, but not much of an issue as rooms are so big. Highly recommend if looking for 2 bed with 2 bathrooms, both with showers.
