The only negative is about the noise from the busy street. Makes it almost impossible to enjoy the view from the balcony or carry a conversation with someone. Inside the apartment, with the windows closed, it is ok.

Spacious, very modern and clean studio. We appreciated the comfortable bed, washing machine, parking, easy check in, grocery store downstairs, mall nearby. Recommended.

The shower splashing everywhere over the sink and on the floor. The vanity was leaking underneath the cupboard. No night lamps in the bedroom. The kitchen sink knob was very loose and hard to handle There was no dishwashing liquid in the kitchen.

The location was a bit further out the city centre, but with taxi it was manageable.

The only downside was that it was a bit of noise because it was situated on a main street and it was traffic.

The owner or the person who does the check-in needs to have better manners to talk to people. He will send you a bunch of rules and tell you about them in a rude way or threatens to cancel the booking or kick you out if you breach them. I'm an Airbnb host and that's a rude way to talk to people!! N.B: the first time I check-in at this apartment so being rude was not needed.

The apartment is really nice and comfortable. You have everything you need for a nice stay. The location is close to everything!

Overall the apartment was quite clean but I didn't understand what happened to the bedding. Pillow covers and the bed sheets were not fresh (there was also hair) and clean ones were left in the wardrobe... So I had to change the bedding myself... Weird, definitely didn't get that. No dishwasher! After a long day at the office, going through a sink full of dishes is the last thing you want to do on a business trip. Doesn't make sense as dishwashers are so cheap, should sort that out. The area is not great, more industrial park than residential.

Nice comfortable apartment in a new residential complex. Easy check in and checkout, everything was smooth. Water, coffee, a small drink, etc available at the apartment were welcomed. There's also 24 hours security at the entrance. Overall a very good experience with the place. There's even a washing machine and a drier (haven't used but might come in handy). Very responsive host over whatsapp.

Small bed in the bedroom and no nightlights. No remote for the air-condition provided.

The apartment is really cosy and if the owner keep close eye on the maintenance everything will be okay. And please put a hanger for coats in the corridor. At all it was a nice experience.

Amazing host and location! I travel usually for business and leisure in Bucharest for meetings and this is the perfect place if you want to be in the North part of the Bucharest. Very clean, cozy, nice view, a very big studio suitable also for two persons. The acces is very easy, in 15 mins you can be in the center and the host is very helpful and always up if you need something. Aswell, the personel downstairs. I highly recommend this place, it's one of the best in Bucharest.

This is a beautiful designed 1 bedroom apartment. If you are a freak about cleanliness as I am,I could not recommend enough this place,SPOTLESS ! Is in a very convenient location, walking distance from Promenada mall and Pipera subway station, just few stops to the old city center. You will definitely find the location very convenient, easy access to the most beautiful park, Herăstrău park where you can find endless restaurants options or just walk around or even rent a bike. The host is immediately responsive, ready to assist when in need. I will definitely come back to this location with no doubt I might get scammed over what they advertise versus what you get in reality. Thank you Claudiu and Alex for assisting during my stay,I can't thank you enough for you professionalism.

The apartment is spacious, comfortable, cosy and very functional. It is equipped with everything you need to feel at home, you can cook if you feel like it or eat out at the shopping mall located nearby (great location, features a bus stop right in front of the apartment complex, the underground is within walking distance, and it's very safe). Love this place! Will definitely book it again in the future.

it’s not a hotel, at all. there’s a 10 PM cut off time to check in, which wasn’t easy to see in the booking process on this site. i almost wasn’t permitted to check in because my flight arrived late. also, such a beautiful place but it was RIDICULOUS that I had to make my own bed. the sheets were clean but the bed wasn’t prepared. this ruined literally every nice thing about the place.

There are plenty of kitchen utensils for those wishing to cook but lacked a kettle but there is a Nespresso machine. The shower did not have a screen or curtain which was a shame.

The property is well kept and was clean on arrival. The balcony is always a plus.
