Did not like that locals had priority over hotel guests at spa, massage, parking. You come to the hotel for its facilities, not to fight over with locals. Rooms furniture needs a facelift

-The parking zone is pretty small and doesn't have enough parking spots for all the tourists that have booked this hotel -The pool/jacuzzi was pretty crowded (the SPA area was too small for the number of tourists that were inside the hotel) -The shower from the wet sauna area didn't work (the shower from the dry sauna was perfectly working)

Spa, breakfast and dinner were amazing. The opening hours of the swimming pool are just perfect, Going there outside the touristic season makes the place almost exclusively for yourself.

It would have been nice to have a bigger spa so we can take advantage of it more, as it fills up very fast. Me and my boyfriend got a love celebration package and the mini-facial was not included, even through it should have been. But we also forgot and did not push for it. The rooftop terrace was closed, so we could not use it. Overall, a great experience with only minor inconveniences, I would still choose this hotel if I am in the area again.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very kind. The food was great, even though there was not much variety in the menu every night. Loved the spa! Also, the beds are comfortable.

The hotel is nice, the staff is very nice and helpful. Food was great, many choices and in great amounts. The spa is great, I had the best massages ever. We'll go back, no doubt about it.

The beds weren't comfortable enough 😕, the extra bed was useless 😪, we had to improvise ourselves 🙂. But even if this was a minor inconvenience for us, maybe it could represent an aspect to improve in the future for the administration. 🤔

Very good location, excellent spa and wellness services 👌, taste and variety of the breakfast and dinner buffet 😋, the staff is very friendly and caring with a professional attitude. I warmly recommend it even as a mother, it's a suitable place for children. 👩‍👧 Good choice for spending a pleasant, relaxing, enriched holiday. It was a delight to be a guest of O3zone Hotel, we're eager and excited to visit again as soon as possible. 🤩

Dinner menu should be more various and drinks are not included in the dinner menu. Also, there should be more soaps and shampoos offered in the bathroom

Hotel is good positioned with spa center, comfortable bed, mini-bar, balcony, bathroom with shower cabin. I had breakfast and dinner included in my reservation and restaurant is clean, comfortable. Hotel has its own parking that is free
