We were not able to get in contact with the hotel, neither through booking or by phone until we arrived at the hotel at night! We managed to check in by phone instruction from the remote receptionist. It kept us in uncertainty for a while though.

The hotel is very comfortable and for this price is great value. Stuff is friendly. Breakfast was nice. Location of the hotel is not in the centre but there is a tram stop very near.

The bathroom draining was a bit smelly even though the bathroom was shiny and clean. The night shift didn't understand any English. Could have more entertaining things for toddlers and babies.

Cleanliness up to the highest level. Parking was easily approachable. Buffet breakfast was great. Lots of tv channels available.

The breakfast was good, location is also good near the aquapark. They have a large parking and a good restaurant in the hotel yard.

The staff was awful. No one was there when we arrived, no one was at the reception so we had to call them. They sent someone who I think doesn't work for the hotel, and speaks no English, to open the doors for us.

The room was very spacious and clean, the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was great and we got more than we expected.

- Airconditioning needs cleaning and recharging. It randomly turned on at some point, and it's smelly. - All rooms could use a small kettle - Isolation for doors. Every time someone entered their room, our door would try to open itself. - Rooms are not soundproofed. We could hear neighbors above us - We had an extension cord with a table lamp on one side and a table lamp that couldn't reach the outlet on the other side - Images of the rooms here are taken with the professional photo lightning. They are little bit deceptive :) - I saw a lot of negative comments regarding staying here while there is a wedding below, we didn't have such "luck" to stay while there is a party below - but I think that would be hell

- Check In and Check out were really smooth. One of the smoothest ever that I had. - Location is fine. You'll get to downtown with 15-20 of walking - Parking is good, even if they don't have spaces available you can park behind the hotel or across the street in the supermarket's parking lot - Breakfast is good there is something for everyone - Staff is friendly, and they had the cutest dog ever. I'm not sure if they know more than essential English. - WiFi was exceptional - Room was clean - The bathroom had a hair dryer, soap, and shampoo - We had room service every day - There is a big supermarket across the street

The apartment we booked was actually 2 bedrooms. One was the actual bedroom and the other room also had 2 beds in it, it was not actually a living room. Arrived to the breakfast 30 mins before closing and there was almost no food left; we had to wait for them to prepare some additional scrambled eggs.

The room was clean and the staff polite and helpful. There is a big supermarket right across the street. It's a 25 min walk from the city center. The air conditioning works well.

Some things in the room need to change (hangers in the bathroom). Breakfast is not too wide variety.

There was no heating (end of March), so the room was a bit chilly, especially at night.

The hotel offers accommodation at a good price and is located 20 minutes from the city. The room was quiet and clean. The breakfast is really good and the staff really helpful.

Bathroom was clean but could be better supplied with shampoo and shower soap.

The room was clean, bad comfortable and the staff very nice. The area is quiet, windows are good isolation from the street noise (if any after 23h). It is close enough from the city center or if you do not like to walk, trolley station is just 3 mins walk. Breakfast was continental and tasty :) Would recommend this hotel to a friend for sure.

The room was clean and warm. There is a grocery store Kaufland right across the street and Lidl at 5 min walk from the hotel. It is close to the city center. The staff was very friendly and open. They offered us a storage place for our luggage after check-out, since our flight was later that day. The hotel has a restaurant in the yard where you can eat tasty pizza.
