The beds and the pillows are super stiff, I couldn't rest a bit :( Plus the rooms are on different hallways and sadly because of the slamming of the entrance door, your room door is also vibrating and making noise....

The hotel is super nice, the staff is friedly and super helpful. The breakfast it has a wide variety of stuff and it's super close to the city center.

Toilet was not working very well. It was very load as the room was close to big street. Interior of the room could be in lighter colors and more catchy.

Location next to opera, old building, close to old city fantastic. Good breakfast, liked the light music at the breakfast. Quite large room, comfortable bathroom.

Parking was not as straightforward - we ended up parking on the street, a bit further away.

Good location, allows you to walk downtown and explore this lovely city. Room size pretty big, bath tub and good options for breakfast.

It was a long trek through a courtyard and up a couple flights of stairs to get to our room, but it was quiet. It was hotter than usual so air conditioning would have been nice.

The locations of the property is excellent, I had wonderful surprise, the design of the room, spotless clean and a lot of details invested for maximum comfort. Excellent breakfast that included typical local cuisine . The staff was also very welcoming and nice . I for sure recommend this hotel.

It was very warm inside the hotel due to the heating system that was on although there were 25 degrees outside. The TV could be bigger.

The building is beautiful inside. It has a beautiful terrace. The breakfast is good and location is perfect. The room was very comfortable and it had a nice desk in case you need to work during your stay.

The only down side is there's no lift because the building is old but for us it's all fine

The competence and kindness of the staff, especially Roxana who helped us with nice pieces of advice. The proximity to the city center (literally down the street) and comfort of the room. The breakfast was also very good with many options. The waiting area after check out is also very useful when waiting for your taxi/transport to the airport. Mulțumim foarte mult!
