It has no AC and it is pretty hot in the summer when you start the spa. But it is still an amazing place.

It is a really great guesthouse. It is one of those old buildings (renovated of course) in the historical center and the room is decorated with antique furniture so it is a special experience.

Alina is lovely, she took care that we have everything we need, the location is 2 min walk from the city center, very clean, smelled so nice in the room even if the building is vintage decorated, absolutely recommend

Nothing to dislike!

Historical old building right in the heart of town, walking distance to the main square and Black Church! The interior of the guest rooms has been refurbished in a modern style with all the comfort that comes with it. Comfy bed, clean, the host very helpful, kind and responsive to our needs! Definitely recommend!

- the location is excellent - you are meters away from the Black church and the old town - we were lucky to find a parking spot nearby (you can park on the street and pay by parkomat, but it's hard to find a vacant parking spot)

The walls are like paper. You can hear the people from the next room talking. This was also an inconvenient in using the jacuzzi in the evening (we were afraid not to disturb the neighbours). The bed creaked with every movement.

The location is excelent, right in the heart of the city, a few minutes walking from Piata Sfatului The jacuzzi in the room was really nice. It has a fridge in the room.

It had a jacuzzi in the (pretty crowded) room, wich was nice, if it would've worked properly. It didn't. We asked the owner/manager what happened with the jacuzzi and the answer was "God only knows". We are talking about a massive "pot" of water conected to an electrical outlet 6 cm away. Not exactly safe or funny. The room was cold during the night, even tho the heaters were on and worm. Ish. Luckily, to fight the cold, we had a pair of bath sleepers. 1 pair. Well, we humped 😁. Overall, cheap finishes and mixed ideeas that kinda killed the vibe of the place. Not horror, absolutelly not, but definitelly not worthing 100 euros a night. For wich we never got a receipt. So yeah, that's about it, we're not going back.

While it was superficially clean, the floors were filthy. Walking on them barefoot left my feet nearly black. The kitchen was very poorly equipped, there was only a single fork and no cooking knives. As I have food allergies I wanted somewhere with basic preparation facilities so I could cook for myself. This place failed miserably. They also insisted on cash payment on arrival and went with me to a cash machine to get it. As a female traveler I felt very uncomfortable about this. The bed was also broken and missing a flat at the head end.

Light bulbs need replacement; building appears in a medium shape; the room could use a fresh equipment and furnishing; parking is difficult but possible, a 5 minute walk should be included
