Even the panorama is superb due high positioning on surrounding, location is not at the lake border (as other very good hotel with similar amenities and nearby, have).

Everything was perfect for our family ( with 3 children ): hot pool outside with an extraordinary view, 2 saunas, playroom, cinema, good food. The people that work there are really involved in what they are doing. You must know Dana from the massage. Anything you will ask for regarding health, you will find out. We had a fireplace in the room. We will come back there as soon as possible. It is that kind of place that you must go to again and again.

You have to sign up if you are planning to have lunch or dinner at the hotel’s restaurant… and it’s a buffet. Although the food was good, we would have preferred an a la carte option. The first day as we arrived between lunch and dinner time, the hotel staff suggested we go downstairs next to the gate to another restaurant that belongs to the hotel. That “restaurant” is actually a fast food. When you pay 850 RON a night for a room, you’d expect to find some proper food, not just mititei, hot dog and other fried pork meat. Finding proper restaurants in Colobita is actually quite challenging.

As the name suggests, the hotel offers an amazing view over the lake. The apartment on the 4th flour was very comfortable and extremely clean. In fact every inch of the hotel was impeccably clean. The staff was friendly, polite and helpful. Overall it was one of the best stays we had in years in Romania.

One of the best places I stayed in Romania! Exceptional quality of all things around, large apartment including fully featured kitchen, electric fireplace, 2 high quality smart TVs etc. The staff is also super nice, friendly yet professional. Tasty food for breakfast and lunch with a lot of options for various tastes and diets. The SPA area is great with the saunas, massage etc but probably the best experience here is the outdoor heated pool! Being outside at -10 degrees Celsius, in hot water, surrounded by snow and seeing the mountains and lake nearby was definitely a special experience!

Everything was exceptional. We had the platinum appartment with insane view. The decoration inside and outside of this place was awesome. The food was delicious. We had our own fire place, we got surprised with free drinks from the house and also with an awesome camp fire and a guitar singer. I enjoyed evey second being there.

WiFi wasn’t great and because of this we couldn’t watch Netflix on the tv

The hotel is absolutely beautiful with spectacular views even though our room was on the side of the hotel and we had a small balcony we still had an incredible view of the lake and mountains. Staying at the hotel is a real experience thanks to the infinity pool which was spectacular and luxurious rooms.

as I was working the internet wasn’t great also wasn’t able to get hot water in the apartment for a shower

Bed mattress too soft, rooms too hot. Even though I set the temperature to 22°C it was always 26-27°C. I'm used to sleeping at 20°C and in order to sleep I had to open the doors/windows for at least 30minutes every time before sleep.
