Everything was perfect, we loved bathroom, it's spacious and modern, overall the room is excellent. Breakfast is great, location is great, there is nothing we can complain about.

There was a road reconstruction right next to hotel. Not critical, because they worked during working hours.

There are stairs everywhere, about 2 floors to get to the elevator. Breakfast is at 6th fllor and restaurent is on the 6th. Don't stay here if you have trouble with stairs. Also the room could be cleaner, but it's acceptable.

Excellent location, amazing room, comfortable and well maintained, clean and tidy. Great breakfast, varied and tasty. Free parking. Good and reliable wifi. Staff very helpful and friendly. Exceptional housekeeping, changing towels and making beds daily.

Problem with parking spaces; There are places, and there even seem to be a lot of them, somewhere around 15 pieces. But there are not enough of them for all the guests, and it should be noted that the reception staff help you park, which was very nice of them, they tell you how to stand as compactly as possible, and in extreme cases they will tell you where the nearest paid parking is. I would also like to note that the breakfast was a little monotonous, with minimal variety in dishes every day. It tastes good.

Really within walking distance from the center, good interiors and excellent reception staff, they helped and advised us on all the questions that we had. Our room was small, with a view of the Brasov fortress from the balcony. It’s convenient that the electricity in the room doesn’t turn off when you leave with the key card and you can leave your phone charging and go to breakfast, which often doesn’t happen in modern hotels. Also, in addition to completely banal things, the room had a kettle, iron, ironing board and a good hairdryer. Room cleaning is at a high level. Breakfast was on the top floor of the hotel, the views were excellent.

Slight downside that the cleaning in the morning started quite early (a little bit of an issue if you want to sleep in and are a light sleeper)

Great location, really short walk to the centre, Tampa panorama etc. Be aware that the parking is on a steep hill so need to be careful. Very clean and we were given quiet rooms which was very nice of the staff.

During check-out, there was a minor discrepancy regarding the minibar items, which seemed to stem from our early arrival and the swift accommodation by the staff to prepare the room before standard check-in time. Despite this, the staff handled the situation with utmost politeness, comprehending the oversight and acknowledging that we hadn’t consumed any items from the minibar. They rectified the error promptly and graciously, ensuring we were not charged for any items that were mistakenly assumed to be missing.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. Its proximity to the city center was incredibly convenient, allowing easy access to key attractions. The cleanliness of the premises was impressive. The staff exhibited professionalism and friendliness, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Furthermore, the overall ambiance was cozy and comforting, making my stay exceptionally comfortable.

Belfort hotel is a great hotel in Brasov. My wife and I have been here quite a few times and never stayed at Belfort. Next time we go, we will be back. The hotel is modern, clean and great value for money. Breakfast was average but this could be since we went almost towards the end of serving. There is a cool view of the city from the breakfast spot on the 5th? floor.
