Breakfast was good, but pillows were too soft

The room was huge, but largely empty. Easily enough room for a second couch or lounge area or coffee dock. The bathroom was the same, the sink, toilet and shower occupied half the space and the entire other half was juts ignored and wasted. The spa was falling apart with bits of tile falling off as we sat.

We had a very large spacious room.

The hotel is called 4 star . But I first time see a 4 star hotel which doesn't have free bottles of water in the room, and no any shower gel and shampoos in the bathroom. That was very strange.

The room was nice and clean. 24 hours reception. There is a comfortable parking in the hotel, and nice pool with sauna.

The windows are very dangerous for children. I wish they had keys to be able to lock them. Except this everything was very good!

Onle few parking places which are allocated to the hotel. If you miss those ones, is quite hard to find a parking slot. The second topic, the sound insulation of the walls between the rooms is very poor and you can hear everything what the others do in the other room.

I went to the SPA, the water was quite cold both in the pool and in the jacuzzi, the sauna was hard to warm up. Not worth the extra 10 euro fee in my opinion.

Lighting in bathroom especially shower end was poor also the shower leaks across the floor quite badly it runs along the shower tray then fown onto the floor. The floors above the room were quite noisy with very loud footsteps especially ladies in heels

The room was very noisy...you could here all that neighbors were doing, it was hard to rest as they came late at night. The floor in the room was very dirty even when we check in and it wasn't washed for 5 days as we stayed there.

The breakfast was very good, with a lot of choices. The coffee was good. The people from the restaurant were very nice.

Noisy aircon

Location of the hotel good, close to public transport, not far from center, the staff was friendly and accomodating, breakfast-plenty to choose from.

The AC system (central AC) was overtaxed and couldn't really keep up (I visited in late summer, daytime temperatures exceeded 32 deg.C) . In my room, the AC fan only worked in the highest setting. Staff told me there's a system upgrade underway, so next summer season this shouldn't be an issue anymore. The entertainment/alarm clock tied in with the TV was set to CET (incorrect time zone for Romania, so the time was one hour behind the actual time) and there was no way to change the time to the correct one. Staff didn't know either.

Very accommodating staff. Always friendly, helpful, courteous service. The property - although older construction and renovation (I stayed in a 'budget' room) is very well taken care of. Everything's very clean. Spotless bathroom, good water pressure and temperature control. Comfortable bed with different pillow sizes and forms - everyone should find a good night's rest. The breakfast buffet offers a very good variety including local specialties, it's constantly replenished and even if you get there too late because you missed the cutoff time (more on that in the 'what I didn't like' section) they're accommodating. The secured parking was appreciated as well - street parking is hard to find in this area.

The one thing I didn't like was that the water heater had some issues (on my floor I guess), and I didn't have hot water for a shower for several hours (morning until after noon). Though I tried different things like letting the water run, wait it out, etc, I eventually had to take a cold shower. I didn't appreciate that it took the reception 3 different calls to finally inspect the issue (they kept telling me to do things I already tried: wait it out, let the water run longer, etc).

The room was much bigger than I expected and very comfortable. I absolutely loved their breakfast, it was beyond my expectations with a far wider selection of choices. The location is excellent, and though I hadn't had the chance to try the spa, it looked great! I'll definitely try it next time :)

The air conditioner didn't work during our stay, it didn't work in any room at the hotel, I did check this out. Not suitable for **** star hot el!!! Breakfast was not so good, too much dry food and repeating, the same every day.

Location not far away from the center. The pool and sauna was nice. Helpful staff.
