There could have been more fruits and water at the breakfast. The room smelled of smoke, there was no lift and the internet took a while to work. The room was too dimly lit.

It was a walkable distance from the center and many buses headed to its direction. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. i would defintely stay here again. For my height, the bed was pretty low. But the showers and all other facilities worked fine.

It is not a very modern pension, with furniture that seems sort of old. The water took a while to heat up.

The breakfast was disappointing, and the coffee was abysmal. We expected to stay in the main building but ended up in an apartment building somewhere behind it, which was kind of weird.

The room was large and it also had kitchen (we didn't need it but it's nice to have). It's located near the railway station so it's easy to get around.

The cleanliness needs to be improved, also the breakfast option. The light by the bed was broken. When we arrived, it was really cold in the room, no heat on, the bed linen was stained, we asked for a new bed sheet and we received a duvet sheet, which was not replaced for 3 days, even though we informed the receptionist. The check out is at 12:00 on Booking, but they expected us to leave by 10:00, after breakfast.

I liked the location, closed by many things, however it is noisy due to the train station across.

We stayed 3 nights and housekeeping never came to the room. No fresh towels and the rubbish bin was never emptied. After the first night, the hotel incorrectly reported to booking that we never showed up. It took me 3 attempts with the property and 8 attempts with customer service to get this resolved. Over 6 weeks later I have yet to receive my Wizzair credit for staying here. When I asked the receptionist if she had a local map she rudely told me to just use my phone.

The hotel is conveniently located a few minutes walk from the train station.

The room really just needed some basic maintenance. The shower was loose and part of the fixture was missing. The curtains slid off the rail if you did not open them carefully.

The location is great if you want to be near the station but it is a little way from town. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was good.

The cleaning was not quite top notch. Apparently the floor had not been vacuumed, as there was a bit of dirt here and there. But the bedding and the bathroom were perfectly clean. The breakfast was not good. It was probably Romanian specialties - I've never eaten that kind of breakfast before. I wasn't full enough after breakfast. And the coffee wasn't good either. My next accommodation in Romania had a much better breakfast. So it might be specialties from this region - I don't know. I found it very difficult to get the staff at the hotel to give back just a little smile. They weren't in a bad mood, but seemed a little dense.

Good place to stay for a quick stay the city. The hotel is a bit away from the city center, but very close to the train station. The building has no elevator, but the stairs are good enough to get up and down with your suitcase. From my room there was a view of the railway tracks, but there was a good soundproof window, so the trains could not be heard. For the price this hotel is a good choice, if you absolutely dont need to stay in the center of the city.
