Bathroom a little bit too little. The heating works in waves. It was all the time a good temperature but there have been short moments with too much heat & others with no chance to make a shower. Heating and shower works toghether. Early morning when is the coldest outside the heating was stoped I think.

Location - close to ski slope, you can walk. Parking - on the property. Room - not big, not small, enought place to move. Large balcony. New decent furniture. Most important - bed. Good quality matress, healty( for ppl with back pains). Impressed by the winter decorations- nice touch. Breakfast - included - enought options, good. Dinner- nice options. Restaurant - pleasant. We had the first snow of the year. All the cars under a lot of snow. Personelle mobilised to help with the snow big time. They've done 90% of the work. Special note - mr Radu at reception, bar, restaurant & parking. Who has not one should buy one.

A lot of mosquitos in the restaurant. You couldn’t eat. They were a lot and everywhere.

Very friendly staff, good food and location right across Arena Platos. Room was clean and amenities ok. Small regular repairs can be made, our room window was closing properly only with a good push for example.

Room a little bit small, the carpet from the room and lobby is not a good idea as it gets quite dirty from all the dust brought from outside.

Off-season the location was too quiet

We had a great room. The restaurant and hotel staff were nice and above expectations.

The room we got was at the top floor and the walls were inclined we bumped our heads on the ceiling and walls a lot. The corner of the wall/ceiling even had a part missing form previous dwellers that bumped their heads.

The location was great, the room was cozy, it had a refrigerator, hairdryer and a small balcony and the interior design was made with good taste. The staff was nice and helpful and the restaurant's food was tasty. Breakfast was good also.

We had to cancel 1 night for personal reasons , It would have been nice to receive a full night refund, but do to the refund policy we where able to only receive the value of the breakfast back , the reservation was not made thru Booking not directly.

The personal was polite even if we were arriving a little bit late. The room was clean , the beds comfortable, breakfast was ok, location is ok , at the main road, they have their own parking place, close to the ski lift.

Nothing really. Location more ideal for those with a car but we enjoyedhiking trails in the hills behind.

Beds were great, many special touches to make the pensiune lovely like well tended flower boxes. BEST FOOD WE HAD THE ENTIRE TRIP IN ROMANIA.

- at the breakfast, they don’t replace the finished food and cutleries. If you go after the first half hour, you need to ask for bread, cold cuts, juice and even cutleries. This could easily be solved. The main reason I have decided to book this accomodation and not another (cheaper) one in Paltinis was the breakfast. - a sauna would be great (I would pay extra for it)

- it is very close to the Arena Platos ski resort - they have a restaurant, and the food is really good there - most of the staff is helpfull - all in all, a nice stay, I would visit again

All the personnel was more than happy to make our stay pleasant. The cleaning is daily. The towels are changed at 2 days and sheets at 3 days. If needed or asked they can change at request. Good food and drinks.
