Breakfast was very good, the pool is bigger than expected and warm water (but very poorly designed to allow only for 4 sun beds). You need to ask for pool towels. The room was at third floor, very big and with a nice view, but no elevator and outdated in terms of furniture and TV. The bed was not great, but the entire hotel has very nice flooring made of an exotic wood. We appreciated very much the parking, the existence of a ski room and proximity to the ski slopes. The hotel does not have a restaurant except for the breakfast, but this is really no issue as there are plenty of options nearby.

- the pillows were uncomfortable - would be nice for them to with to more environmentally friendly toiletries, but it is not only applicable for this hotel unfortunately.. - the breakfast was average (at best)

- the location next to the ski rentals and the ski lift - it is a small hotel, but still has a pool and a sauna. it smelled kind of funny and there were only 4 chairs at the pool, but it was ok - the staff was really polite and helpful

Beautiful property, very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast with cute touches such as smiley faces in the coffees and on the eggs which made us smile. Very clean, great location and fantastic value for money. We had a suite which was just beautiful.

there is no proper bar or anything like that that you could get like a cocktail preped for you. i would love if there was a bar that could serve freshly made cocktails. nothing better that enjoying the warm pool water with a cocktail in hand.

The jacousi function was too strong, not very relaxing (setting dial didn't work).

We really enjoyed the breakfast and the pool. Room was nice and spacious. The front desk was beautifully designed, good place to take aesthetic photos!

Probably once it was 5-star hotel but now it is already shabby and needs to be redesigned and refurbished. The pool is good but also lacks some maintenance.

A very unique small hotel in a very special place. Breathtaking views, all what you need from a high cathegory hotel at small, but quality range. I loved the feeling of the wood :) Good breakfast, safe parking, and lots of possibilities for endless mountain walks. Special mention for the staff, they were lovely in all their intentions to help us with anything we need, but also in keeping us smiling :)

it wasn't advertised that the pool doesn't go above 30 degrees Celsius, too cold for our preference, but still, they were very accommodating and let us bring in pool floaties

Hotel is not reccomanded to persons with cinetic issues.There is no lift and is full of stairs to go up to the rooms or down at the pool and sauna.The hotel has no restaurant either.(we got informed straight away about this by the staff but i notice it just in case you do not read it at the services,like i did so..)

The staff is experienced ,very kind and professional!!!They were always there to help us!!!.Rooms are big and baths with jacusci are big/confortable.!!!!Breakfast is perfect!!!!Piscina and sauna are small but cozy and beautiful.
