Everything, the location looks just like in the pictures, extremly clean, spatious, comfy. The view, the facilities are one of a kind. We are planning to return, the county has so many attractions to see.

We booked the entire property advertised on the website which meant 10 rooms for the New Year’s Eve, but actually there were 14 rooms and there was another group along with us. Because of this part of our group was moved to the new 4 rooms on the back which did not have proper heating (only electric radiators), but that was not enough and the humidity was very high and not very comfortable. No problem with the other group as we had separate spaces, but the advertisement was not correct and conditions not as we expected. During summer time it would have been much better. Also there is no oven in case you need it and not all the rooms have hairdryers.

The property was pretty new and very clean. Rooms were quite spacious with all the facilities. There are options for ATV ride and shops close by. The hosts are really nice and tried to help.

I payed for a room with air conditioning and I did not receive it. I would've cancelled right away but I had a festival to attend for 2 days and there was no other available accomodation anywhere nearby. It was particularly bad since this was during a heatwave with daily averages of 37 degrees celsius . Having a working A/C is a baseline requirement in 2022 no matter where in Romania you go, if it's in the summer YOU WILL NEED IT. Also , the rooms were only accessible through a construction elevator that was dirty and unsafe. To add insult to injury, during the second day of our stay some air conditioning technicians came to install an A/C unit and they barged right into our room without knocking and started drilling the wall. Absolutely rude , a total lack of professionalism on their part and on the owner's part. Not only that they barged into our room without knocking but the drilling produced a lot of dust which left the room really dirty, housekeeping didn't even bother to come and clean. I could've went just fine without the air conditioning if it wasn't for the ridiculous A/C crew literally creating a construction site in my room. The cherry on top was that I went out to eat shortly after they barged into our room , I came back 4 hours later and they still weren't done. I had the same thing done at my house and they were done in 2 hours tops. Embarrasing... how would the owner allow for such a thing is beyond my reasoning. At this point it wan't even worth complaining or talking to the owner, I just wanted to leave. In addition to all that, the owners of the property played LOUD ( almost concert level of loudness) music on a professional wedding party audio system very early in the morning. One more bizzare thing was that the toilet was lifted off the ground really high up. I am 184 cm ( 6ft ) tall and I could barely touch the floor with my toes while sitting on the toilet.

The room was clean and the shower was pretty good, water pressure was strong and it had both hot and cold water right away.

I would assume this was a one time event, but after such a long drive (>1000km) it's the one thing you would not want. Bathroom had a nasty smell which basically made it impossible to use it. Some say this would be a good covid test, but for me it was simply a bad experience and I hope the host fixed the issue. To the host, I recommend next time you have someone to check the room before giving to a client.

Quiet location with pretty good view over the mountains. Host was nice and supportive with late check-in hours. The bed was a bit tougher for some, but for me it was exactly what I needed.
