The shower water's temperature is very random and tends to rapidly change on its own. Also, the bathroom could use a stronger light.

The room was well worth its price, had what it advertised and it is at a convenient location.

Room is extremely small. Enough room for one person, but two people would be a struggle. The double bed is big enough for 2 people, but not the room. The bathroom might accommodate two people, just! But only if they have small luggage. I booked for one person, so it was adequate. The information sent by Booking.com was confusing. I think they sent pictures for the code to get the keys and I didn't understand and had to call the owner/manager to get the code to open the box to access the keys. This is on the wall near the main door. Only access to rooms is by steep stairs. WiFi was slow and very unstable at times. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. Difficult to get information about places to eat or directions to centre. No atmosphere in guesthouse. Owner could have been more helpful. No English spoken. No shower curtain in shower, water goes everywhere. No shower soap proved.

Guesthouse located in quiet street, on-street parking maybe available, maybe free. 5 minute walk to a reasonably priced restaurant-bar, open for breakfast and stays open til late. City centre is a 10-15 minute walk. A bus stop near the restaurant goes to-from central bus-train stations. Just inside entrance to building is a table with 2 comfy chairs. There is a kettle on a low table inside the main door with plastic cups and tea and sugar available. A Romanian speaking lady seems to be at the guesthouse in the day. She speaks no English, but can help make fruit flavoured tea. Rooms are up stairs. There is an inner courtyard with metal tables and chairs.

The staff did not speak English, but it was fine, we managed to communicate somehow. The rooms were very small, but I think they were OK for that price.

The location was excellent - just a 15-20 minute walk from the city centre and Park Nicolae Romanescu. The rooms were very clean and nice, even though they were very small, the beds were very comfortable. Overall, the place is very good for that price, an excellent choice for travellers on a budget.

We were able to hear noise from the next room through the wall. And I found multiple hairs on the bed sheet, so I put my big towel on the bed.

It was very affordable, and the possibility of late check-in was great for our journey. The toilet and floor were clean and a bed was comfy enough to stay a night there. Wifi worked well.

In the room there was a big smart TV that was perfect for a night movie on Netflix. There is also a small grocery story at about 2 minutes from the Pensiune.

The pension reports parking spaces. No, this are on the street walkway. To reach the gate you have to expose to the trafic. The pension has no fire safety authorisation due to the difficult access to the room on the spiral stair. Smelly room, with very little space into the room (less than 9sqm). No hot water. The owner of the propiety consider that the communication are to be carried out only by WhatsApp. As I asked for hot water, the replay thru WhatsApp was: It will be... (and no hot water

~ Accommodation is cca 30 min away by foot from railway station, so not the best option if you have a lot of or heavy luggage. ~ Access to upper floor is via very narrow and steep stairs. ~ Room was small, there was no desk or chair, and it was hard to navigate with luggage in the space. ~ Bathroom was even smaller - you could barely turn around and each trip to the shower meant stepping over the toilet. Also the construction of the bathroom was very poor (visible pipes, tiles not in order), and before you got a warm/hot water, you had to leave a lot of water into sink. I had better and bigget places for sleep for less money.
