In my room the lights were very obscure.

The jacuzzi in the bathtub could use more water pressure, and the drain plug was missing.

The staff was very kind, they stored our luggage after check-out, and let us wait in the lobby before the time for our train.

I could have done with more power points.

The staff were friendly and helpful, I asked for a kettle and they managed to find me one, The room was a little dark with only one window on the ceiling - brighter lights might have made it more welcoming. However it was good value and 15 minutes walk into the centre of Brasov. There is a small shop to buy provisions just across the road and a drink and snack machine in the lobby and a tea/coffee machine for guests. You get a fridge and a fan and the size of the rooms are sufficient.

It could have been a bit cleaner, but it did not bother us. It was just cigarette ashes in a drawer where I expected a bible, nothing to worry about.

Located just out of Brasov city centre, everything you need is close by.

The yard parking was only available for the first night (the receptionist was kind to allowing us parking). For the second one, the receptionist didn't wanted to let us parking in the yard (lying to us that there are no more parking spaces even if the yard was empty). :(

Unfortunately there was no aircon, but we opened the window and it was fine. For hotter nights it could be an issue.

Place was large and comfortable in a good location. The price was very good and it was excellent value for money. They also set up the sofa bed with linen for me and it was actually quite comfortable!

The walls between the rooms do not have silence protection, and I could hear every discussion from the other rooms,especially the water installation can be heard when it is used and when the people are walking on the stairs

The bathroom is bound to get wet after 2 or 3 people showering, so be aware to not slip.

We had two blankets for the king-sized bed, which was amazing (no blanket stealing at night). The location is fantastic, so close to the center. Good enough bus connections as well to the train station which is outsideish of the city. Even though we arrived super Late we were greated very friendly.

My room was quite noisy since its windows point to the boulevard. No (private) parking place available, but If you are lucky you could find one nearby on the sidewalk.

Close to Old City. The lady that welcomed me is very funy.

Really clean room. The location was really good also only 10 minutes walk from the city centre. The lady at the reception was kind and sweet.

Very thin walls, you could hear people talking the TV from other rooms. The drain from the sink and the shower were not working quite properly. Dubious smell in the room (possibly from cigarette smoke).

Located very close to the Brasov Old Center.The 24 hours check-in option was very helpful. My train was late and I arrived there at 00:45 in the morning. The lady at the desk was very nice when I checked in and when I checked out at 6:00 in the next morning. The room was clean.
