The breakfast was very delicious but you must choose what you want for breakfast from a menu + coffe or tea.

The hotel is located in a quite area - there is not that much traffic and we slept well during the night. It is 10 to 15 min walk from the Black church & the old city center. There are very nice pub & restaurants very close by - one next to the hotel & one just accross the street with great papanasi. The hotel offers a parking place (reserved only for the guests of the hotel) with a fee of 30 lei per day. Very, very convenient and very easy to park in this part of Brasov. Nice hosts.

Near a plaza, so might be a bit noisy, but only during the day. For me this is actually a plus, for example there was a concert ten meters across the property..for some it might be unwanted tho.

Close to everything, staff very friendly (but hardly around, the host will advise to call her for anything.) They also grant a great list of free services, such as wake-up or reservations to different places around, etc. Clean, and spacious enough for our needs. Good shower. And close to a restaurant (10 second walk). Great experience, thanks.

The staff is great, the room we got (7) is very spacious, we got a baby cot at no extra charge. Parking across the street is a small fee to the hotel, but it's really good right outside the hotel door.

The mattress and the bed, they were not comfortable and if you are turning from one side to another, the bed was making a lot of noise.

However, the check-in process after 6PM emerged as a significant downside. Unfortunately, this aspect of the hotel experience was not well organized. One of the most frustrating aspects was the lack of proactive communication from the hotel staff. We expected to receive information or instructions regarding the late check-in process, but unfortunately, no one from the hotel reached out to provide guidance. This lack of communication led to confusion and frustration upon our arrival. The poor customer service related to the late check-in was disappointing. A well-organized hotel should prioritize clear communication and customer support, especially for guests arriving outside of standard check-in hours. While the cleanliness and location of the hotel were commendable, the lack of attention to this crucial aspect of the guest experience left a lasting negative impression. Our stay at the hotel in Brasov, Romania, had its share of positives and negatives. The clean room and bathroom, coupled with the convenient location and affordable parking, were definite highlights. However, the disorganized check-in process after 6PM and the lack of communication from the hotel staff marred an otherwise promising experience. For travelers considering a stay at this hotel, it's important to be prepared for potential hiccups in the late check-in process and to reach out to the hotel in advance to avoid any unnecessary frustration.

On the plus side, the cleanliness of both the room and bathroom were undoubtedly impressive. Walking into a spotless space after a long day of travel is always a relief, and in this regard, the hotel certainly did not disappoint. The well-maintained room provided a comfortable atmosphere that allowed for a restful night's sleep. Another significant advantage of the hotel was its convenient location. Situated in the heart of Brasov, it offered easy access to various attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it an ideal choice for those looking to explore the city without having to travel far. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel offered a cheap parking spot, a rarity in many popular tourist destinations. This convenience made the process of bringing a vehicle hassle-free and budget-friendly.

It wasn't too far from the main square in old town. The room was nice and decent size. Everything was within walking distance and you could easily take a bus to the train station.
