It's an hour drive to sinaia, you must have a car.

The room was amazing, the staff was very friendly, and very good food. The spa is beautiful - has a pool, hot tub and sauna. There are a lot of things to do in the area, a stream in the entrance and the view is magnificent.

When you order food, you have to repeat your food choices many times and every time there was something wrong/missing. Please accept this as a positive criticism, this is not the problem or fault of the stuff. Just teach them how they have to do :)

Due to that we were not in the season, breakfast and dinner were not open buffet. There is a menu where you have to choose and you are served. Staff was friendly and super kind and smiley. The pool and sauna are nice and clean. Very close to the mountain paths and amazing view in the morning through the balcony. A lot of amazing things around to see as well.

Dinner could be more diverted but was ok.

Everything was great ( food, SPA, kids place, nice and helpful staffing ..) but the location and the view was spectacular , completely over our expectation.

Too many low class people that came here - go outside in snow and afterwards they jump into jacuzzi, drink alcohol directly from glass bottle in the swiming pool area, touching food with their hands...

The evening meal is no longer included as it used to be, you have to pay separately. The included evening meal was an important factor for psychological comfort. The TV remote controls are not original LG remote controls - this is why you can't use the smart TV features such as watching Netflix or YouTube.

Very polite and competent personnel. I like the design of the rooms with matching colors and the fact that everything is very clean. The location is wonderful as it is located at 1610 meters altitude in the middle of a natural reservation. The breakfast is excellent. There are high quality LG TVs in the rooms.

A little noise from the new hotel that is being built nearby.

The hotel staff was very kind and I have nothing to complain about. The morning and evening meals were well served. If the evening meal had started at 18:00 or at least 18:30 it would have been excellent (instead of 19:00, which seems a bit late to me).

The food at the restaurant could have been better, more diverse and less salty. Not very impressed by the breakfast either. However, I can understand the difficulty in getting things by car in the area.

Great location and confortable rooms. Our family stayed here often while we were little, it was nice to come back with my own little one. Cute playing room, fit for all ages. PS: the normal double rooms cannot fit a baby cot very well.

be careful because the road until the hotel is bad. The view and everything else is great but the road is difficult. This is not a minus of the hotel, this is just a minus in general. Shame on us for not taking care of this, we want tourists but the infrastructure is disastrously
