The breakfast was good. The room was big enough for four people. And the location is in the city center near telegondola, and the old city.

My room was huge, very well equipped and clean. Very well located close to city center and the rail station. It was very quiet at night and was able to sleep well despite there being a club near by.

Romania6 reviews“Mostly liked the place, but things can be much better for the prices asked.”We were uncomfortable in the bathroom, cause the toilet brush was not functional, the handicap seat on the wall shower was barely hanging, and the fact that we paid for 2 rooms with one bathroom but not two wardrobes… The fridge is way to low positioned (you have to stay in your knees to see what’s inside) with the door opening one way and the door from the cabinet furniture masking the fridge opening the other way. Breakfast was very basic with very cheap food. In the restaurant at noon we had lunch one time… not ok, we don’t recommend because the price is way to high for what they offer in quality.
We really like the location and the big rooms. The water pressure in the shower. We like the smell in the room and the lady that was cleaning the rooms. Very nice staff.

Romania45 reviews22 helpful votes“Very good location”The breakfast is 50 lei/person, it has several options, but the products are of cheap supermarket quality. Coffee is however very good (they have espresso machines). Being located on a lateral wing at the second floor, do not expect "a view" from any of the rooms (we stayed in two separated rooms already).
The location is very good and close to restaurants and tourist sites in Piatra Neamt. These rooms are on a lateral wing of Plaza hotel and are of similar comfort or better (We also stayed in the hotel previously). The bed is large and very comfortable. The rooms have air conditioning and bathrobes (in some rooms also sleepers).

Romania3 reviewsSuperbWell, my girlfriend said that there is no good light in front of the mirror, or a power outlet close enough to the room mirror for her to straighten her hair. To quote her "Definitely a guy designed this room". From a man's point of view, I liked the place, the staff and cleanliness was perfect, price to quality ratio is perfect and I would recommend 10/10 for Piatra Neamț, 9/10 in general.
I liked everything, my girlfriend had issues with the place
