I recommend to rectify water supply facilities in bathrooms, particularly in jacuzzi.

The staff is really friendly and hospitality is excellent 👌.

The kitchen could use more kitchenware and the staff in the apart-hotel could be more attentive. We had a ground floor apartment and the door had no sound proof so even after midnight we could still hear a lot of noise right in front of our door.

The room was very big and the beds confortable. They serve a superb breakfast starting at 06:30 which really helped since we had an early flight.

Little bit hard to find. You need to go to the main hotel and then drive around the back... this could of been made a bit clearer.

We only stopped here for a one night stay. Easy and convenient from the airport. The staff were helpful and friendly.

....as usual the photo they have put here in booking has nothing to do with reality!!!....-:)))) .... In addition, the overall facility status is somehow shabby, overpassed and maybe even obsolete I could say... .... It's characteristic that there were no hangers at all in the wardrobes in both bedrooms and the huge fridge was totally empty, not even a bottle of water!.... ..... In the morning when I left there was no person in reception and when eventually someone appeared after 5 minutes she didn't speak any word of English.... .... overall, not a very good value for money, unless you are at minimum a group of four. In this case you can obtain huge space with decent cleanliness and very low price!...

Missing door know to the shower in the small bathroom, in the main bathroom bad smell like sewerage backing up, bathtub stopper blocked you could not release the water after bathing (I left it like that because I tried several times to pull the stopper out but, no matter what I did, I wasn't able to pull it out). I apologize to the cleaning crew for that. Inntge whole apartment bad cigarettes smell. I think the previous people that stayed here, smoked inside. Stained sofa. I don't even want to imagine from what, not very friendly door man and very expensive place for such poor living conditions offered. I will never stay there again nor recommend it!

The open space, a lot of room

It was very cold when we got in as the staff didn’t want to turn the heating on until we got in the apartment. It took around 4-5 hours to get a decent temperature in the bedrooms, the bathrooms were still cold when we left the next day. The apartment looked very old and damaged, not even close to the photos on the website. In the kitchen you don’t have cutlery or even kitchen paper. The lady from reception showed no empathy the next day even if I mentioned we were there with our son to be able to get in the hospital easier the next day. Instead of apologising for the inconvenience the lady started to find lots of excuses. Very disappointing. I don’t recommend.

1- the address is not correct on booking nor google maps; struggled to reach. 2- Reception doesn’t speak any English 3- bed sheets smell cigarettes 4- at 8am the cafe down by the terrace started high music with base non-stop and no body was sitting there even there is no employees. from 8 till I left at 11:30 am so it’s obligatory to wake up even when you check in 2:30am 5- the apartment need renovation, the flooring have a lot of broken parts: the bathroom toilet seat is partially attached to the wall need to be fixed; the flooring of the bathroom inclined to outside the bathroom so if any water split out the bath tube it runs to the living room. 6- at check out there were no one at the front desk waited for 8-12 minutes and then left. will never repeat this experience!

We constantly had a problem with the hot water and the heating. For the 2 adults and 3 children we were given only two blankets. The room didn’t had a teapot.

The Suites building is separate company from main hotel, different front desk, but the same breakfast, strange. The guy at reception not speaking English, at all, calls someone, because it was impossible to communicate. Cigarettes stink everywhere in the area, and this is not surprising anymore when you find out the waiter in the restaurant smoking at the kitchen entrance (from hall, not the back room, sic!).

Found everything that I needed, on a breakfast. The coffee was also very good. Apartment very spacious, but quite old and should be renovated. Fully equipped kitchen. Big plus for well working wifi and location close to the airport.
