The adress is wrong on booking, the place was filthy, missing towels for the third person, no shampoo or body gel, the bed was very very noisy, every time i whould move, that sound whould wake us! Kitchen was missing accesories like knives and forks and stuff!

I booked the accommodation together with my friends, we were 5 in total. According to booking we should've had 2 bedroom and 2 sofa, but reality doesn't really match the photos from booking com. Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before booking, otherwise I wouldn't book it. However it was bearable to stay there as we only needed it for 1 night. I wouldn't recommend this property for someone staying longer then that, even thought the price for very affordable.

The location was great and price. Room was cleaner then I expected.

Horrible owner!!!! In the description did not written full instructions how to access the apartment. Owner did not picking the phone till now and not answering any messages. We came to the exact address and couldn’t find the apartment, asked all the neighbors, but they said this apartment don’t exist. We lost our time and forsed to find another place through booking.

NEVER, EVER stay in this property. I booked my staying in here and when I took the taxi and arrived to the front door, I called the guy, and he told me that those were no check-in times and that he was not coming. I arrived at 21!!!!! The guy told me on the phone that he didn't care about bad reviews and was insulting me. AGAIN, NEVER STAY IN THIS PROPERTY. This guy discovered that he can put a tiny range of check-in in the afternoon and wait until you arrive to do not open and Booking is not going to do anything about it. After 20 days trying to get help from Booking, they did nothing, and he just lied to them and told them that I actually stayed there and for them this is fine. Totally absurd! I had to pay another taxi, another booking, and he just got the money that easily. Worst experience I ever had. So, seriously, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

For the booking that i made , the pictures didn't match what i received, just a side table with 2 chairs was the same. Beds kitchen, second sleeping area, totally different. The master bedroom doesn't look like the one presented, this is the first time happening to me in booking.com so hopefully a one off ...

when i arrived , the host gived us another apartment . i have booked piata sfatuli nr. 7 , tje host gived me an apartment in st. republica 16. that was not what i have booked. the apartment was very very dirty , the wifi did not work , the the stove did not work , the host was very very unpolite and not helpful. i want my money back , or i will go to court

The guy is a scammer. Beware. He will give you a story that you cannot check in late because the keys are with an old lady who sleeps at 19:00. But the check in instructions that he sents you on WhatsApp including a video is a self check in. Do not book this property. He will not answer your call or reply back to your messages. Just a warning. He has a full scam set up

Owner dosent give out address at first, arrived to address given by booking.com to then have to contact owner who then gives a set of instructions over WhatsApp like key box code and exit times on final day. Feels a little bit like a bait and switch but I guess no harm if the flat is good and roughly where you expect to be

The fact there was working heating, there was a sofa big enough to sleep on

very poor contact with owner - he didnt answer mine calls or sms - i heard that this is his normal approach. In mine apartment bathroom was very bad - ceramic tiles on the floor and wall was broken, in the shower as well, In the shower paint on the wall was broken as well - crazy :(

the only plus is location of the apartment - be aware that those photos are not correct - owner has few apartments in the same area!

No internet - paid cash for a router Bathroom: mats wet from water leaking, toilet malfunction, no shampoo Lighting: bulbs missing, lamps not working Bedroom: sofa bed very uncomfortable TV: stopped working 1 day before I was leaving  (Contacted manager - no reply, no solution) Accommodation address is not physical. Room is not where the advertised address on Booking is. Very deceiving, very disappointing  No check in / check out paper track, no receipts etc.

Maid (Irina) was helpful and very kind.

The bed looks very nice and is comfortable, but it's not very sturdy (maybe they should fix it to the wall).

I had the apartment that is shown in the first 3 pictures, just opposite the museum building from Piata Sfatului. I felt instantly at home (I like shabby chic style). It is at the ground floor of an old historical building, hence the beauty of the vaulted ceiling. Also it is very quiet so you can have a good rest.

Shower cabin door was a bit our of order. It will be great to fix it.

The location is pretty great. Right in front of the square and you can clearly see the Brasov sign at mount tampa right in front of your door.
