The location is good but the place has nothing to do with the features and pictures on the site. The place is not in a good shape at all. We had no cutlery or cookware. I and the crew were overall poorly impressed by the host that treated us unpolite and disrespectful just because we were young(18). I most certainly do not recommend this accommodation. I really do not understand how this kind of people and places are on this platform and no amount of bad reviews matter when filtered on this site.

Everything is old and shabby, the place needs major renovation. Central heating is poorly set up and makes constant unnecessary noise. Shower looks unsanitary . There is a bad smell first time when you open the door, an "old house" smell (seems to be common in this type of houses , it was the same in Sibiu near "Piața mare" )

Our flight was delayed,and the host didn't want to do a late check in,and lefted the keys at code box just after Booking wrote him a mail. It was so stressful to know that he doesn't want to let us in at late night time,also he knew we will arrive with 4 kids! Not very pleasant experience!

We were there 5 adults and 8 yo kid. we were supposed to get 6 places to sleep yet there was a duble bed, double sofa (not very comfy), one bed without the boards so the mattress would sink through and one bed that was basically just a mattress lying on the ground. Toilet was moving around while sitting on it. Washing machine was opening and jumping on us 😂 The apartment has a big potential but somebody has to clean it well and repair all the broken parts and places.

The apartment is right at the main square so thats great And a shower was just exchanged.

The room was not very clean, there is a terrible smell coming from the bathroom, the natural light is lacking and the bed is very “noisy”.

Ok so, where to start. I arrive in Brasov at 13.15 (check in time at 14.00), send a message about information on how to check in. No reply. I am calling 5, 10 minutes after 14.00. No answer. I had to call customer service in order to locate him and be able to check in. Finally I check in at 14.30 and there is where everything started. I admit it was my mistake that I didn't look to details about pet policy. Just saw that they are allowed and I assumed it was ok. MY BAD. Once the guy realized I am with my pet, he called me, started screaming and shouting and insulting me, telling me to get my bags and out of the house (of course the booking was fully paid so he was ok). Then he told me that I have to give him 9€/night for the dog while the night was 18€/night for me. So he wanted 50% extra pet fee. And if he was polite that was ok, but he was insulting me so I told him to relax and speak better. Finally we agreed at 7€/night. Ok. Then I am going to turn on the bedroom light and BOOM. Electricity went down, fortunately the cleaning lady was there and after a while we managed to fix it (some fusion problems) and they told me not to turn on bedroom light... Now in the house. The shower was broken and it was throwing water all over the toilet but not only this, you can see in the foto the mold on the shower and also it was broken and fixed with DUCK TAPE. The washing machine broken (foto2) with its door of course fixed with duck tape!!! The flush was loading water for ever so it was really annoying and also the toilet was leaking water on the floor, so if you were there with no shoes, surprise!!! The electricity sockets were falling apart, so you weren´t exactly feeling that it was safe to use (foto3). The furniture as well, falling apart (foto4). But again, for its price I could say that some of these are allowed, but insulting me? no way.

Good location and cheap. I don't mean value for money, just cheap. Also the owner gave me the wifi pass for free the second night (yes, usually he charges 1€/night)

Two sofas were almost in the kitchen and there were one bathroom and WC, not two separate bathroom as you can see in the pictures. We had problem with warm water, but host fix it in the next day.

The Host speak fluent english. No problem with key, check in and check out in convinience time. Apartment in the city center.

The bathroom was poor, there was a hole at the bottom of the shower, the washing machine did not work and the door was difficult to close. It is sad that the wifi is not included in the price. It was not a bad apartment at all but the biggest disappointment was that the reality was absolutely different than the expectations, the apartment was totally different on the spot from what we were expecting based on the pictures.

The location in the old town was cool, the apartment was hidden in an inside courtyard, therefore it was quiet, but it was in the center and there were several shops, restaurants and bars near there as well.

This must have been the filthiest place that I have ever seen. Absolutely disgusting. This place shouldn't be listed on Booking. The furniture is all broken, dirty and unkept (the bed creaks as if it's going to give its last breath every time you move), the bathroom is absolutely disgusting and was extremely dirty (we had to clean the shower ourselves before even stepping inside), the kitchen has a filthy hood range and the furniture is falling apart, the bedroom was cold, dusty and the walls were full of scratches. The towels were old and ripped, the linens were so sheer, you could see the stains on the mattress and the duvets were also stained. The heater was turning off randomly so we were cold half the night and could only take 2 min showers until the water turned freezing cold.

Be careful, it’s a dirty place, with mold and a lot of hair from the previous guests. I have reserved for 2 persons, we got just 1 set of towels. Called the owner, he promissed he will send an other set, but he never did. Later he didn’t picked up the phone anymore. Be aware!!! 👉 It’s not at the address given by the owner. It’s still nearby, but not there where it’s mentioned!!! I requested an invoice on the company, the owner refused to give it, so I payed with the card of the company and never got the invoice. Shame!

It was nothing to like. It was one of the worst places I have ever rented from Booking. The pictures used to advertised this apartment are hard pimped with photoshop … at least what I saw and what I got were totally different!!!
