Our stay at Pinehouse Luxury Apartment was incredible! The host did their best to accommodate us. Every detail in the apartment was perfect - comfy bed, nice decor, cleaned spotlessly. Also, there are lots of amenities - smart TV, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, a washing machine, fast WiFi, and a spacious terrace. The location was also perfect - right in between the city centre and one of the biggest malls in Brasov. We would definitely stay again!

Situated between new & old city center, in a very safe area, the building is very nicely designed and has easy access with elevator. I like the music on the hallway, its a nice welcome atmosphere :) The host is very nice and attentive, always ready to answer and support. Internet connection was very good for remote working. On the ground floor and next to the building, you can find restaurants and terrace for any tastes. Use Bolt for rides to old city center, they are easy to find on app (10 ron) or walk if you prefer. Afi Mall at an easy relaxed walk 10 min. Parking easy to pay with Tpark app. Parked very closed by, in front of the <Brigada Vânători de Munte>. Overall, I recommended it to all my friends as a great place to stay.

It tends to be a little hot inside in the afternoon and there is no air conditioned, but it had a ventilator and in the end it was just fine.

The owner was reachable, she answered all of our questions, she also allowed us to leave the luggages sooner, as we arrived around 1 pm.

Check-in is a pain throughout Romania. The lock code is sent one hour before check-in. But what if my phone dies, there's no internet, or I'm just anxious? Why can't the code be sent earlier? Are you afraid someone will check in earlier? Leave the keys at the café reception and let them handle it. It's important for the person to know what to do when they arrive or to be greeted by someone who will give them the keys.

he apartment is located in a great location, with the old town just a 15-minute walk away. On the ground floor, there is a café with delicious coffee, and across the road, there is a small restaurant. There's also a grocery store and a decent pizzeria within 200 meters. The exterior of the building looks very stylish, and the entrance is simply magnificent. In the evenings, there is calm music playing, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The apartment itself is spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean. It has everything necessary for cooking. The balcony is huge, with a view of the mountains, making it perfect for enjoying an evening with a glass of wine. The internet works excellently, and there is perfect tranquility all around. I enjoyed everything about it and highly recommend it.
