Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

RomaniaSoon after checking in, I asked for a bathrobe by calling the front desk. They quickly replied that they will send someone immediately, but they did not bring what I have requested. Also the following morning, the TV channels did not work.
Great 5 star hotel experience. Super clean and staff was very welcoming. Conference room absolutely gorgeous and the food was great. Also the breakfast is exceptional!

BulgariaThe hotel is a 20min walk from the city centre and in the January cold, that didn't feel very combortable. Of course, both Uber and Bolt work perfectly in Cluj, so not such a big deal. Breakfast variety could be improved a little. The hotel is embarking an expansion project and it might be a little noisy in the next two years.
Warmly welcomed by the stuff, check in was easy and effortless. The room, a Junior Suite, was spacious and with a view of the old town. Staff were easy to approach and very helpful. I asked for help for with a dinner reservation at a popular restaurant and Denisa from the front desk did the impossible to get the reservation :) Very impressive! Lovely bar and good quality sushi restaurant on the ground floor.

NetherlandsIt would be great if the parking would be included as a free service for the hotel guests. You have to pay either a fee per hour or a fixed amount overnight.
We chose the hotel for its great location, across the street from the Central Park of Cluj-Napoca. The hotel looks great, modern room, clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a large variety of food options, however the a la carte menu had absolutely delicious meals (included in the breakfast price). Staff at the reception was very nice and welcoming!
