The clean environment of the hotel and the location. The staff were willing to assist with a smile. When I misplaced my room access card Mohammad assisted with a smile. The tourist deskman was very helpful. Took his time to explain where to visit and the best time. The day I arrived, the lady that attended to me listened to my request and exceeded my expectations. The room cleaners I give it to them, they took their time to put my room in order.I enjoyed every minute of my stay and it was indeed excellent value for money

Huge hotel and you may be lost if you didn't maintain the way to your room, especially if you have been allocated in the wing of the hotel which requires to switch between 2 elevators to reach your room, as I have been there for 1st night then requested to change my room for that reason and staff did it immediately.

Overall, it was a great stay, location, cleanness, staff, facilities and business center.

I’ve stayed in multiple hotels in the last couple of years, however, my experience at Radisson Blu surpassed all my expectations and previous experiences. The staff is exceptionally polite and professional, and they’ll go out of their way to make your stay even more pleasant whenever possible. I plan on staying at this hotel many more times in the future whenever I visit Bucharest.

Absolutely perfect, we love Romania and this Hotel respresents the true kindness of Romanians through its staff, especially Alex and Cristian plus Ioana the Front Office Manager who are this hotel’s stars in our opinion. Not to mention the facilities, room, breakfast and the other restaurant, really loved it and it’s the best hotel in Central-Eastern Europe, really top tier. Thank you!

The only thing was the room was boiling hot! One night got up to 27 degrees and there was no aircon. We thought it was broken and a handyman came out at 5am. Fortunately he managed to turn the heating down and we opened the window for a bit.

Victor checked us in and he was very welcoming and helpful! He gave recommendations for local places to eat and checked in on us via phone to check we liked the room upgrade! Alex checked us out and couldn't have been more helpful with our bags! The staff throughout the whole hotel, including the cleaning team, couldn't do enough for you and all the little extra's like chocolates, fruit, complimentary mini bar went above our expectations.

There is nothing that I didn’t like. Maybe as a tip to also add different pillow types, harder ones would be better.

I liked everything, from the staff at the reception up to the extra bottle of bath salts in the room. It was a very nice surprise to have received a free upgrade. I actually had a really long day and travel day before I arrived at the hotel in the evening and when I got the news about the upgrade it made my day a lot better. I really hope that next time when I come I will be able to enjoy the pool as well.

They could have had more staff on the bar as the poor lady was run off her feet attending to such a large crowd of people whilst the darts was on.

I want to say a great thanks to all staff of the hotel. All of them was a maximum friendly and helpfully. Even in unusual situations. When my car need a help with a battery in car cay, the technical staff solved my problem immediately.

The Premium room (to which I was upgraded free of charge) was amazing. The lower standard ones need refurbishing. Breakfast very good It can get noisy due to the type of guest that are a lot in the hotel, but staff changed my room immediately to mitigate the noise

The hotel is excellent! Rooms has everything you need and the personnel is amazing. Alex from reception was extremely helpful and tried everything in his power to make my stay as please r as possible!
