It is a new facility at an international standard. everything was great. the rooms are great. it is spotless clean. great parking space. friendly staff.

Jacuzzi was off during my stay. No food labels for breakfast. People might get confused on what they are eating or can be allergic to some products like spicy sausage or goat milk.

The room was spacious and very clean. Comfortable bed. Amazing heatead swimming pool and great Spa. Staff was fantastic, good breakfast and great coffee.

I think there might be some issues with hot water late during the night. It was only Luke warm at 2 AM even after 5 mins of running water. No big deal as morning or evening there is hot water.

Hotel looks brand new or at least very well maintained. Rooms are modern and clean with nice view and great amanities. As a big bonus for EV drivers, they have a charger on premises but you need to ask for it in advance.

For the pool it is required serious investment, ladders are slippery and unstable. Pool cleaning it is not at Ramada standard. Several locals with kids came to the pool, jumping and making noise, without any respect for the tourists. For the breakfast, the employee is not having waitress experience, you need to tell him that you ran out of bread or mugs, etc. otherwise he will stay behind the bar. Furniture in the room it is the cheapest possible, not for a 4 star hotel.

Pool is open for everyone at a certain cost. For the ones staying at the hotel it is free but you have high chances to meet the locals there. For us it was the case in both days, locals were very rude, impolite and loud, behaving as it was not your place to be there. It didn’t matter neither when you asked them to be more quieter or not to jump in the pool. Parents are coming to see their kids, directly to the pool using a plastic protection on the shoes, as a teacher was giving swimming lessons there. You enter in the pool using a ladder where the rubber protections are missing, very slippery. The one from the jacuzzi pool it is having the rubber protection, but it is too short and very unstable. Deeper cleaning it is required for the pool and steam sauna. This hotel it’s not reaching a 4 star hotel requirements.

The food at the hotel was not great we ordered a pizza which was more like a frozen pizza from lidl. i recommend you to eat dinner in the city center which you need to drive to. The hotel is a bit pricey especially the food and drinks.

We loved the outside and especially the inside pool and spa area. Amazing... Staff was very helpful in attending to our requests. The executive suite was big comfortable and clean.

Everything. The staff, the room. The owber was verry friendly and helpful. His name is Mr. Christian. A lovley character and friendly smile. Everybody was verry helpful. Plus the outside swimming pool is great. Go there and you will not regret.

The customer care experience was outstanding. We enjoyed a nice dinner, and the next morning my husband hit the gym, while my in-laws relaxed at the pool. We are grateful for a great service provided by the entire staff.

A bit far away from the center, about 3,5km, but you may reach it on foot or taxi (3,5 euros), but the hotel is the best and worths!!

Everything was excellent!! The room, the bed, the pillows, the quilt, the desk in the room, the bathrobe, the shampoo and body lotion "Roots", the swimming pools inside and outside, the water slides, the restaurant, the decoration. Everything was clean and beautiful, polite staff. Great value for money!! Absolutely recommended!! If I visit Targu Jiu again, I definitely will stay in Ramada hotel again!!

The lights in the hallway (a very dark hallway) were activated by movement sensors. A great idea to conserve energy, but the sensors activated when you were directly under them, which meant that half the trip within the hallway was in total darkness.

It was up to its chain standards, and as such eliminated travel anxiety.
