There is no elevator.

No elevator. Having a large luggage might be an issue.

10 min away from the city by car. Quiet in the rooms, although it is a big wedding venue, which means there can be up to 5 events over weekend. Very large rooms, modern, elegant. Good internet. Comfortable beds. The restaurant has a big menu. Nice forest area.

The staff is very inviting and helpful. The staff arranged a great tour guide! The tour was well guided and felt very safe. Amazing view of the pyramids from the room and dining balcony.

All good for the time being.

The Hotel is in a small forest thus very quiet, yet considering local distances hotel is close to everything. The hotel is very well maintained and clean, while the mattress on the bed is very comfortable. The AC is functional with no strange smell, even if I wouldn't say is really needed.

Not much to say here. It's really nice. And if something is wrong or needs attention, they will help you out insanely quick.

Mostly everything. It's a fantastic, almost secret like location. Botoșani, the city nearby isn't exactly what you would call a tourist destination. But drive just a little bit up the road and you come up to this smallish patch of forest. And a road that leads in with a sign. And in this little forest, of quiet and peaceful demure place, a little jewel shines. And it's this hotel. What a find. If you're in need of accommodation, look no further. Clean, rooms are huge, staff is friendly, helpful and awesome. All the expected amenities. But the location is what puts it above the rest. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Restaurant service could be improved. The hotel could upgrade the locks on the doors to electronic locks (you already need a key card to turn on the electricity).

Water pressure and temperature were outstanding! Cleanliness was top of the range! Staff from the hotel was exceptional (restaurant staff we could only class them as decent). Beds were very comfortable and the blackout blinds were 100% fit for purpose.

The breakfast was not as good as I expected. The menu didn't have a wide variety of choices. It was a bit expensive too.

I liked the location. It was very quiet and the surroundings were wonderful. Also, the room was big, clean and tidy. It was easy to get to the hotel from the city centre.

No USB into the sockets. Also the reception should have adapters (EU/UK) in case someone will need one.
