There was no shelf in the shower to put toiletries. Bad smell from shower and bathroom. There were no slippers in the room.

Initial received a room that wasn’t well maintained, not a clean bathroom, but changed immediately when I called. It wasn’t very warm, it was very cold outside, also improved when I told them. No change of towels in a week.

Toilet was not clean.someone forgot to flush the toilet whoever stayed before us and it wasn’t very pleasant scenario.

Apartment was nice and cozy, comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids or may be 3 adults. Location was really good, nice restaurant and supermarket within 200m.

Reception and breakfast in one building, but we had to live in another. This is very uncomfortable. Not comfortable pillows and bed. Old towels and bedding. No toiletries.

The room was not very clean, the carpets were full of dust and the bathroom had lots of dirt stains. The bed was also not very comfortable. In general everything was old and poorly maintained. The walls are very thin, one could hear everything from the hallway and also felt like the bed was shaking when someone was crossing the hallway. The baby cot was not installed in the room when we arrived, even though we specifically asked for this one day before and they confirmed that they would do it. Also it was one of those travel beds but they didn't bring a mattress, for it, only a blanket instead of a mattress, which is definitely not safe for a baby to sleep on.

The price is not so high, but this came with lots of minuses.

Not the cleanest room, there were some crumbs on the floor,not enough toilet paper/toiletries. Some stickers placed on the furniture bu the previous travellers, but overall ok.

The room had a funky smell (most probably from the old furniture) and the bathroom cleanest was so-and-so.

We appreciate the old type design and the location to our needs. The triple room was pretty big. Haven’t tried the breakfast, but that was our agenda.

We arrived in the late evening. After 15 minutes staying in the room, the lights went out. We called the reception, they wanted to give us different room, but it also was without electricity. We were too tired & remained without electricity as it was. Reception assured that soon it will be fixed. In the morning there still was no electricity & we had to take shower in cold water. At the checkout we’ve informed reception that there’s still no electricity in the room, but they didn’t even know there’s a problem (it was a different person). Additionally, the breakfast was horrible: ~7€ per person & you don’t have anything to eat.
