The location of the hotel is excellent - when you come out of the hotel on the right you can see Tampa mountain and the Brasov sign and the square in the old town is only a minutes walk to the left. There are lots of bars and restaurants all around the square. The hotel itself in on a pedestrianised street , we ordered an uber on a few occasions they were able to pull in just a few steps from the entrance to the hotel which is very convenient. We only stayed one night in a one bed room apartment which was lovely. We had originally booked a twin room and I had requested an upgrade the day before arrival and when we arrived the receptionist - so sorry I can't remember her name as she couldn't have been more helpful - showed us both rooms and allowed us to finalise our decision then. She was so helpful giving us lots of advice about Brasov itself, the cable car, Bran castle and also advised us to go to Peles Castle - though unfortunately we didn't have time for this. The breakfast was continental and very good value for 50 lei - juices, cereals, yogurts, bread, tea/coffee, seeds, cheese, salads available. The apartment had a kitchen/living area with couches, coffee table and lots of counter space it also had coffee machine, kettle, stove with 2 rings, pots pans, crockery and cutlery. There was complimentary tea and coffee.

The location is great, it is in the center with everything nearby. The people working there are great and helpful, there is a receptionist 24/7. Very clean.

The carpet in the room looked dirty. The scrubber in the bathroom needs to be repaired.

Everything was great here - the location was super close to Piata Sfatului, lots of restaurants around but pretty quiet area. The room was really spacious and clean, we loved the design and the high ceiling. The automatic windows in the ceiling were definitely a plus for us as we love the fresh air, even during winter. Enough space for luggage, big wardrobe, and great bathroom. Perhaps the best highlight for us was the staff - Lucian, in particular, was very kind and helpful with us and he tried his best to accommodate us. There was also a possibility to leave the luggage before check-in, which we did as we came to the hotel at 10 am. Would definitely come here again!

The room I received was located behind the elevator, so a bit noisy from the hallway (maybe because it was a single room).

Excelent staff - very polite and prompt to respond to any requests. Location is great - not too far from the heart of the old town, but just a street away from the very busy, noisy and crowded area. Beautifully renovated and refurbished old building.

The room was a bit dark. The floor lamp bulb was burnt. The bathroom had many tiny imperfections, for example the tiles didn’t align perfectly and lacked grout. TV was a small and old LCD , but I did find movie channels and was able to watch one. The bed mattress and pillow were on the harder side.

The property is located in the city center and has an elevator. The single room is located at the top floor. It was warm, very clean, but a bit dark inside. I had slippers, a bathrobe, clean towels and Rituals bath products. Checkin and checkout was very easy, I did it online and picked up the key. Breakfast was ok for one night.

Nice hotel centrally located surrounded by cafes, bars and restaurants .Room was nice on the top floor only complaint was staining on the carpets .

Room was quite warm but they did provide a fan since the HVAC units were switched to heat mode for the winter.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was pretty good, comfy bed.

This attic had windows only in the ceiling. Equipped with a modern motorised system (good) for opening/closing, it automatically closed during rain (which is of course correct). The drawback is that it may become too warm during sleep. Still, a well functioning system

We stayed in the economy twin room and the window in the room was into the closed atrium. The room was stuffy.

The location is unbeatable. Staff were very friendly and the room was nicely decorated.

Location is exceptional and very well placed. Also the hotel is nice and clean and staff is very helpful. so definitively worths the price and the quality of the service combined with the location being in the hart of the city.

The breakfast was nice but in a small room, and with children running around it seemed a little chaotic.

We had a suite, which was a large triple room with an add on lounge/kitchen room with very good facilities, especially the pod coffee machine. There is an elevator, a large central open area with lounge seating and the hotel is in a very central location.
