the age of the building, creaking floor and the exceptional staff made this hotel a great place to stay

It was very hot inside, even when we turned the radiators off of was still boiling. the fridge and mini bar were great but no alcohol inside it. we were missing the kettle to make coffee /Tea first thing in the morning. the carpet had a very what looked like burnt stains which was a shame to see as the room was lovely apart from that. and one of the armchairs had a hanging button. just little touches that could. he rectified.

Location is perfect, walking distance to the black church, museums, restaurants, shops and the main bus station. the room was large and beautifully decorated. the beds were comfortable and spacious. It had bathrobes, slippers and shower-gel which was great as we forgot ours.

the staff was amazing. very good and nice people. Location is also as good as you can get if you want to see the “Brasov” sign from your room. 2 minutes to Piata Sfatului

There was really nothing I didn't like. Hence, we are going back in few weeks. 😃

Located in the Old City centre, within walking distance to Black Church, Piata Sfatului, Poarta Schei and all the top restaurants and cafeterias. Room was very big and clean. Comfortable beds and impeccable bathroom. Breakfast is available at the property. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Parking space availability, but this is a general problem for the center of the town. It is a tradeoff for the central location.

Walls are very thin and the floor boards creek,I was in the single room next to the lift,it's very noisy!

It's all about the location, just off the main square.no parking available. Nice well furnished rooms with a traditional twist,modern well stocked bathroom. the inner rooms are situated around a courtyard and there's no natural light. Breakfast is basic but of a good quality.

The hotel doesn't have parking places and it wasn't always easy to find a spot close to the hotel.

For a family the size of the deluxe room is very generous, very clean although the furniture and carpet are quite old. Breakfast was very good, with a good variety and the lady doing the breakfast was sooo nice and welcoming and helpful.

We chose to have breakfast in the morning and it was a bit weird conversationwise - we felt like it was illegal to ask for food :).

Historical building but with modern facilities. Clean rooms, friendly staff. The twin beds are narrow, but they have good mattresses. All in all, correct service.

The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The facilities were on point and the room was cleaned everyday, even though it was the New Year. We even got a little gift from them when we arrived. The location is perfect as it’s just a few minutes away from The Council Square.

A really cosy place, in a wonderful city. we visited during Christmas period and the atmosphere was really festive. decent breakfast, clean and warm room. special thanks to Lea from the front office team who dealt and resolved a minor issue we had with friendliness and politeness. Thank you Lea!
