The shower head holder was broken, which was inconvenient, and the glasses were a bit dirty. The door of one of the rooms I booked didn’t open with a key card, had to use an actual key, should be fixed. They should upgrade the TVs too, very old ones and even 3 stars hotels nowadays have smart tv with YouTube, Netflix etc.

Beds are very comfortable, private parking saved me a lot of time, location is great!

A long walk from the rail station. Kettle in room, but no tea or coffee sachets. The hot elements of breakfast were actually cold, disappointingly.

Classic hotel, with spacious room. Bed comfortable. Quiet location. Breakfast selection good, and service friendly. I wished that I could have stayed longer.

Even though we were the only customers at breakfast, we waited 10minutes for warm milk for my little one. Therefore, services in the restaurant could be improved.

I spent a night at this location with my kids for a stopover. We arrived at midnight and staff was kind. They offered to go buy me a 1 bottle of water from outside supermarket as the restaurant was closed at that time and we didn't had in the room. Good value for the money with a generous breakfast.

It was a very unpleasant surprise when I got in the room. Despite I ordered rooms for no smoking people, I felt a strong smell of smoke from the cigarettes, especially in the bathroom. Also, the air conditioner in my room didn't work, as in my wife's room.

The hotel doesn't deserve 4 stars, maybe 3. It was probably 4 when it opened but now it's outdated and dirty. Even if the room is big with wooden furniture, everything is old and dirty. Placed on busy road, windows didn't close well and it was noisy in the night, couldn't sleep well. Poor buffet breakfast.

We had to go to a funeral the next day, we arrived almost at midnight and all the hotels were fully booked. The room was dirty and not in the best shape, the receptionist asked us to pay when we checked-in. The breakfast was poor, the products they served were of bad quality, the coffee was bad.😟 We paid 340 lei for a stay of 8-9 hours and if I had to choose and if there were other hotels available, we would have never stayed in this hotel.

When I got here last night I didn't feel very welcome. But,I got here kind of late and I was in a bad mood from driving all day and I think everybody was ready to go home. Understandable. After spending a full day at my job I'm ready to go home too. This morning was a completely different story... everyone was smiles and I have to say the breakfast was one of the best I've had in the three weeks I've been here. So, the feeling I had last night was probably more on me than anything else. I will stay here again next time I'm here.

Not much care in cleaning.there were marks on the towels.There is nodriking water or mini bar in the room.there is mini freezer. there was no tea at breakfest. Food tables were too big. There are tables for least 12 people.Wardrobe and bath room door was not closed.

At nights (after 21-22 h.) there is not enough parking places, but during the day everything is fine with this.

The staff is very friendly and smiley. Rooms are big and very clean and breakfast is delicious. The hotel is close to the city center (around 10-15 min walk). In November and December (2022) in Craiova there is unique Christmas Market, which starting 10 min walk from hotel and it's perfect to visit during your stay. I really recommend for stay in Craiova.
