The swimming pool wasn't for free!! We didn't recognise that until we checked out and had to pay for it! It was written in booking and we didn't take care, but wasn't mentioned when we checked in.

The room is big, we were 2 kids and parents Comfortable bed. The staff arranged us enough covers and pillows. The shuttle for free every 1 hour and the hotel is close to the airport.

The drivers of the shuttle were polite and started on time, but just before departure one of them asked me to hold my backpack on my knees although the shuttle was completely empty. Weird request I must say. Not a big problem but again felt weird as I was the only passenger in there. No water electric kettle in the room, no free teas/coffee as commonplace in other similar hotels all over the world (maybe not in Romania?) Really overpriced water and drinks in the minibar

It was a good choice - I requested a quiet room and I was assigned one facing an interior court. Staff members were polite in particular foreign staff members (especially at the reception - Michael) who have superior customer service skills when compared to the Romanian staff. The shuttle to and from the airport was free and operates once every one hour (10.30, 11.30, 12.30 etc)

I arrived at 01:30 and hotel told me that they can arrange private transfer from airport to hotel with an extra fee BUT once I arrived and called them, they told that couldn't arrange transfer for me and I had to wait for an hour.

It is a nice, clean hotel very close to the airport with reasonable price.

There was no air conditioning or air movement so the room was a bit too warm and a bit stale. Even if no air, a fan would be amazing.

Staff were helpful and friendly and I used shuttle to airport which worked great.

The room's AC wasn't working. According to the staff it's because "the temperatures outside are not low enough" for them to let every room use their thermostat. So there is a thermostat that is inaccurate and no notice about it until you ask.

Very friendly staff. Quick check-in and check-out. Great food at the restaurant at reasonable prices. Quiet neighborhood.

The staff were kind of rude. I had 2 different sets of staff and all of them were not that welcoming as the hotel would imply.

A bit difficult to understand each other with the people at the reception about the parking payment. The wifi was bad. Breakfast is a bit pricy if you want to have one (15e), we decided not to have one, so I cannot tell about the quality.

Friendly people at the reception. Free shuttle from the airport at night (on fixed hours though, one every hour). Room was good. Nice soaps/shampoos, bathrobes available.

Hotel seems a little outdated, shower door did not close properly. There is no possibility to have a tea in the room. We arrived late in the evening, would have liked to have some hot water to make a tea.

I was surprised that there was no drinking water available, unless you bought it as extra. It's nice to have a mini bar but it was quite expensive, so we didn't use this. Thankfully there is a petrol station a short walk away to buy water or other drinks from. A hydration station to get a glass of water in the lobby, at least, seems a basic in this day and age, particularly in a hotel that boasts a wellness centre!

The hotel is well presented with a comfortable and stylish lobby. The staff were professional and helpful, all very well dressed in their uniforms and plenty of them. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was not as big as it looks in the photo for a superior king but the shower was good and clean. The breakfast had a great selection of good food. The complimentary shuttle bus goes to and from the airport on the hour. We landed at 3:30 in the morning and were able to get a drink and pastries in the lobby bar which was very welcome on arrival. We stayed three nights, to have a day in Bucharest and a day at Therme. So it was a convenient location. Taxis vary in what they charge you, it cost 40 Lei (£8) to get to Therme but 150 (£30) to get back to the hotel. Nothing to do with the hotel but worth sharing so travellers are aware! We usually stay at the hotel opposite when visiting, which is a lot cheaper but we wanted to try RIN this time to see how it compares. All in all you pay more for added luxury and ambience at the RIN. We had intended to use the pool but didn't in the end. We would stay again.
