We chose a budget room - it was very clean and had everything we needed but if you want something a bit more modern, consider going for an upgraded option.

Excellent location, very welcoming and helpful staff (both at the reception and the spa), really delicious breakfast with a lot of options (complimentary), access to the spa.

We had a family with a child that was running and banging against the door from 3 to 6 in the morning. This happened both nights. We called the reception and they rang the people there but after 10min it all started again. I don't know what the solution should be but not being able to sleep really spoiled our stay. There is nothing to hang the towel next to the sink or the clothes when you go to have a shower. Also, this means there is no place to leave your towels to dry if you want to use them another time (to be environmental friendly)

Cleanliness of the rooms. Old plumbing, peeling bathtub. They completely forgot to wash or replace the glass. It was very noisy, any rustle, steps, conversations in the corridor made it difficult to sleep.

Some items on the services menu are out of date, like the Barber ones. Spa tends to be crowded and a bit chaotic, with people coming in and forgetting to get out. If you're In light sleeper try to get a room on the back, also please consider this hotel is more oriented towards families, toddlers are a thing, it was not a bother for me, though keep in mind and step with care when exiting the elevator 🥰

Great place to stay if you're coming to Sinaia and want to have all on hand. Lounge, Bar, Restaurant and more await you when you get here. Rooms are a bit on the smal side though this makes up for it with the views you get and cosiness that comes once the freeing night settles in. Amenities ar great also. The selection of drinks on location is pretty good. Staff was exceptional and I advice you to communicate your need's and wants to them.

What we really didn't like it and we wouldn't reccomend it to nobody it is the SPA.!Big deziluzion.Over,over crowded!Even though supposed to be booked before as we did, somewhere the spa staff lost the control otherwise I cannot explain that crowd in the Spa.Lots of children and also some adults jumping everywhere in the pool disturbing other guests.Even I informed the spa reception nothing changed. We left.Spa it was the main reason to book this hotel as a treat for my husband birthday.Spa means relax, but it was the opposite.

I was offered a complimentary wine bottle for the adjacent restaurant. The wine was very good but the restaurant added it to the bill and we paid for it, in spite of it bring “complimentary”

The city Sinaia still had the Christmas arrangements. It was like Christmas in January. The staff, the spa and the food were above our expectations. We really enjoyed our nights in this hotel.

Spa almost can't be used - too busy Breakfast poor and too busy Parking not sufficient and allowed for external/ not guest at the hotel to park Small things like the glass in the bathroom that has no protection on the sides, the windows are very thin for a hotel in the mountains and not very well insulated- cold coming from the windows (could work with thicker curtains)

The central location and view of the mountains were great, stuff is very friendly and helpfull, breakfast had a great variety of foods and was not boring at all. The playground room is a plus if you have kids. The lady watching the kids was lovely. I liked that there are 3 different options for restaurants in the hotel, each with its specific menu and decoration.

At night you can hear a little noise from the generator or air conditioners. The pool is not very big.

The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays. New rooms in good condition and generally clean. Pretty well sound insulation. We may not have heard our neighbors, because we were placed at the end of the corridor and it was comfortable. In the room where the pool was warm and the pool itself was quite warm. There were few people in the SPA during the day, but in the evening there were quite a lot of people. We were there at lunchtime and it was a pleasure to lie in the warm jacuzzi. The hotel cafe has a pleasant atmosphere. The food was prepared quite quickly and tasty. Especially delicious pork ribs and papanasi. A huge plus of the hotel is the children's room. It was clean and there were a lot of cars and toys. There were also women, who look after the children and you can safely leave your child there, because the women are pleasant and responsible. My son in it was simply happy.
