Everything was great They give us an upgrade to luxury room Confortable bed . Spa personal very pleasant The dinner at the hotel restaurant with a bottle of wine from the house.. great experience there also

The pool especially could become quite full, they have an adults only time starting from 8pm. Older men seem to find it perfectly acceptable to stare, I feel this should also be on the board of 'rules' in the spa, felt uncomfortable to walk around in a swimsuit.

The spa was beautifully done, you had to reserve a time slot in advance but it was worth it. The room was quiet and came with all the necessities needed. The beds were comfy and the location was 7 minutes walk from the train station. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel breakfast was a big buffet even with plenty of veggie and vegan options

It was a very pleasant stay altogether. I liked the spa, especially the massages 💆‍♀️ 😌 very professional and efficient. (Doamna Tatiana ) Staff was very good , I have recalled 2 names, Nicoleta and mihealla, very helpful .Will definitely visit again because of the staff behavior and Spa (massages) .

They offered us a room not at 4 stars but for the second night they called to ask for our opinion and then they changed the room to a modern one. I appreciate the customer service and the fact that hotel personnel took in consideration the complaints and made things right.

I like that they offered entertainment for children. On Saturday, Iron Man played for 2h with children. Outside was a bad weather so we were happy with hotel entertainment.

The room didn’t have a balcony. The window faced towards the west, away from the main street, so there was no noise from outside. The sound proofing is not great, so there was quite a bit of noise from the neighbours.

I stayed in may 2024. It cost 568 RON (114 euro) per night for a double room with spa access. This only included access to the gym, pool, jacuzzis and saunas. The massages and exfoliation treatments were not included in the room price and had to be paid extra. I enjoyed the spa. I had a scalp massage, a deep tissue back & neck massage and a full body exfoliation. Very pleasant. The TV had at least one channel in English. The wifi worked well most of the time (but not quite constantly). There is enough room in the mini-fridge for one small bag of takeout. The bed was big and comfortable. The shower worked well, without any involuntary variations in water flow or temperature, even when I washed my very long hair. This is quite impressive, given the state of other hotels I’ve been to. There was a slight sewer smell in the bathroom at one point, but it went away. Overall, everything was clean. The restaurant and spa were very modern and pleasant looking. The breakfast food was fresh and tasty. Lots of dishes to choose from, including omelette, sausages, vegetables, salads, cereal, coffee machines etc. Overall , a bit pricey, but worth it. I would definitely stay here again.

The water in the jacuzzi in the pool area didn’t seem clean enough. We went to the pool at 5 pm on a Saturday, an hour before they would close the pool for kids and only allow adults. There were lots of people in it so my husband and I and our baby chose not to go in. The pool water was great as was the temperature.

The breakfast was great, but the breakfast interval 9:00-10:00 am when we went to have breakfast was super crowded.

I got a room in the attic. It is not renovated there like on the other floors of the hotel. It's not the first time I've been accommodated, so I know exactly what I'm talking about.
