How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

- the bed is so uncomfortable 😣 it's too soft, and I had back pain issues every morning 😔 the pillow is also really really bad - bathroom is a bit small, and there is not much space to put your things anywhere
- the room is really large - there is a free parking on the street; you shouldn't have any problems in finding a free spot - since we spent time during the winter, I would add that the heat in the room was good (you can choose whatever temperature you like)

The kitchen is shared between all the rooms. There should be at least 2 glasses in the room. We expected another room as shown in the pictures. Nevertheless, the room was perfect - clean and quiet.
Close to the downtown. You can park free just near the place. It is outside the paid parking area. It was clean, there were 2 ACs in the rooms, one small fridge, and 2 TVs. It was quiet during the night, everything was OK. The guy who welcomed us was amiable and explained the rules and everything around the house.

My side of the foldable couch was not too comfortable but it was fine :D

Wi-Fi was unstable low performing in the apartment, better in common kitchen.
Good location: relatively close to entertainment city center. Parking space easy to find and for free. Apartament is spacious, beds are comfortable. Mosquito net on one of windows. Very good contact with host, who is available on site for most of the time.

The flush button mask was somehow offset, couldn't flush with it on, but we removed it easily, and that solved the problem (sorry). I'm sure it has been remedied.
We stayed in room number 2. Very spacious, with a large comfortable bed, and an exceptionally large bathroom (both bath and shower), it exceeded our expectations. Reasonably close to the Old Town and public transport. Very good communication with the property, on-site manager Alex very hospitable and nice. A highlight in the heat wave was the powerful and quiet AC, which we were able to use without any problems at night. I wholeheartedly recommend!

Nice and very clean rooms, with new furniture. There's a small yard, where one can spend some time outside. The location is great, just 10-15 minutes walking from the city centre. It's possible to park your car on the street outside and it's free of charge.

The only minus was that the shower head holder was broken in the bathroom.

Bed was unfortunately uncomfortable, made quite squeaky noise, even when barely moving. :( The walls are quite thin. You can easily hear neighbours when they are noisy. Water of the shower wouldn't drain properly,so you might wet the bathroom up to the hallway. I recommend showering in the bathtub instead.
Location close to the centre. You'll find parking spots close by. Flat is very clean. Sleeping room is big enough for 2 people. There's a common room you can use for eating at a dining table, cook, store food in a fridge and use washing machine
