Nothing, Everything was great.

Locatio is perfect, only 10 minutes walking distance from the center. Comunication with the host Marian was beautiful and he came 3 minutes after we called him and told him that we are in front of the apartment. We had a free parking just in front. Apartment is totally equiped whith everything and I realy mean everything you need. Heating was great, bed is huge and very comfortable. We had some free water and beer in the fridge, sweets, chocolate, tea, coffe, fruits. WiFi is very good.

Everything. This place should probably be a compulsory stay if you are visiting the city. The gentleman who welcomed me made me feel right at home, the place is comfortable, warm in the winter, spotlessly clean and full of extras. Walking distance to anything you could probably want to see in the city. The host was incredibly gracious to extend my check out time to match my train heading to Cluj. Top service

My only regret is that I had a short stay and little time to enjoy the charm of this property.

I had a wonderful stay and cannot thank the host enough for kindness and communication before and during my trip! Apartment is very nice: I could say a work of art, combining old and new in harmony, with attention to little details. Photos just give an idea; in reality it was better, inviting, warm, and had more than I could imagine to make my stay as pampering as possible, in contrast to cold Nov. Glad to confirm quality of everything and nice touch of extras included, as mentioned: water, coffee, tea, beer and Romanian symbol snacks. "Visinata" had great taste and I was so pleasantly surprised by how it was presented. I will not reveal it, but, ladies, expect to be impressed! Location is central, in a good way: it takes a short walk by the river and through a park to get to any "Piata" one could wish to visit. It was easy to find, it would be easy to drive and find place for parking.

The placement of some of the lights were a bit inconvenient, other than that everything was perfect.

Everything was right as specified, comfortable bed and couch, all the necessary facilities were working properly, everything was clean, the owner was very friendly and understanding and the apartament looks exactly as shown in the photos. We also had a lot of snacks, fruits and other consumables included in the price and we were even allowed to check in a bit earlier. It was perfect for a short visit. Worth noting is that the height upstairs is exactly 180cm.

Everything was great, we couldn't find anything wrong, and we would like to stay there again.

It's a fully equipped apartment good for a long stay. Parking was right in front of the building, very convenient for carrying suitcases. It is a very quiet street but just couple of minutes from the City center, on foot. Keys were easy to collect and there was free candy, and water provided for us.

Quiet location, 10 min. walk to train north, tram, bus and Center Orthodox Cathedral. The Ap is very clean, modern and great facilities. All what you need is here. Lots of nice attentions, Café, tea, water, beer, sweets. For people with physical disabilities it is difficult to climb the stairs up to bed. I have never had such a loving Ap in Europa. WiFi is very good. Really recommend. It's perfekt.

From the minute the front door was opened it looked good in fact i was underestimating it , it was superb everything in here was top notch . The host made sure I knew where everything was and how things worked shown around perfectly The bed was comfy the fridge had water and beer in it the shower was excellent Kitchen superb and no noise from the street despite being right beside the road Wi-Fi was good

The bathroom could be bigger but for the price you cant really mind.

Everything was perfect, clean, modern, everything is written in English to make it easy to use, host welcomed us on the spot and left us coffee, snacks, fruit and drinks if we need it, free of charge. Location is perfect, 5min walk to the city center and it goes through a beautiful park. Close but far enough to be peaceful for sleep. Lots of parking spaces as well. Big bed, comfortable enough.

Everything was in perfect condition.

Accommodation by the river that met all our expectations. It is located a 10-15 minute walk from the main tourist attractions. The host Marijan was exceptional, all praise for him. He tried to make our stay go as smoothly as possible. He also provided us with free parking, so we didn't have to worry about parking. It was warm in the accommodation and the heating worked perfectly. A fruit basket awaited us, water and beer in the fridge and of course Marijan's blueberry liqueur. The apartment is extremely clean and tidy, and well equipped with everything you might need. The internet works great. Praise. The next time we come to Timisoara, we will definitely come again to the River Residence and the host Marijana.
