It's strange having a hotel with views restricted by a concrete wall. From my perspective they would need to convert the rooms in a playground area for kids or a gaming room.

The pool and spa area is amazing. Food was decent.

- the bathroom wasn't cleaned as it should have been. i found hair in the shower and the sink was clogged. It was gross - the prices in the restaurant are truly high and not worth it. The food was pretty tasteful- nothing wow, also nothing to complain- but not a good value for money.

-The stuff was very friendly - the view from the room (to the mountain) is great - the spa area is crowded at night, but during the day is pleasent, with good amenities - the pillows and the mattress were very comfortable - the breakfast was tasty, with sufficient options. Nothing amazing, but for us it was enough - the room and bathroom are pretty big - the lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas - they have a dog that walks around the hotel and children love it

The TV in our room did not have Netflix or YouTube, so we did not use it. The prices in the hotel’s restaurant are a little bit too high for what it offers.

The room and the spa were exceptionally clean. The view from the spa was also incredible (it snowed a lot during our stay). The staff were very amiable and gave us every information we needed.

The spa should be opened earlier in the morning as people arriving late don’t get the chance to visit it.

Very modern and well located hotel just nearby the ski slope. The rooms are modern, especially the one with mountain view. SPA area is great. The sauna reached 85 degrees which was more than expected and I loved it. We will definitely come back, probably during the winter season. Best value in Maramures! ♥️

The room was not the cleanest, the chair under the table was wery dusty, table same...the sheet/blankets had some strange spots on them not the cleanest.....no minibar, no fridge in room,no safe in room, and it is a 4 star hotel....i expect at least a minibar in a 4 star hotel room. Prices in the hotel restaurant is a bit higher comapred to a restaurant 100m from the hotel.. but it is ok..

Beautyfull Spa, beautyfull location, we had a room whit balcony mountain view just perfect, decent food in restaurant.The view from spa is great, the water was warm.2 saunas. everything is almoast as good as the pictures tell.. i can recomend the hotel for familys..

Maybe a bit too expensive menu in the restaurant, but i think it's normal for a 4* hotel.

Friendly staff, clean and big rooms. Tasty breakfast and a lot of options in the a la carte menu for lunch and dinner. Spa/pool was clean and not so crowded. Very close to the chairlift.

I love the hotel! Extremely friendly staff. Maybe some of them did not speak English but that was not the problem. There are two types of rooms: renovated and not yet renovated. Both of them are fine in my opinion - the renovated ones have nicer bathroom. We arrived to the hotel very late but there was a very comfortable parking place waiting for us. The check-in and check-out were very smooth. I love the swimming pool (the water was very warm) and the restaurant. The breakfast was ok but dinner was awesome (even my husband who suffers many times after using other restaurants - this time was feeling great) - so we used that restaurant for our dinners during our stay. Thank you to all staff for making our stay so great!

- chlorine smell from the pool in the hallways - rooms without a view tend to be very dark as the windows face another building which is 3 meters aways

Amazing hotel! Very friendly and helpful staff. First time staying here with my husband and we enjoyed every second of it! Few minute walk from the ski slopes. Can’t emphasise how clean this hotel is! Restaurant’s food is exceptional! And the breakfast is exactly what we needed! There isn’t a hotel i would rather stay in than Yours! We will be back! ❤️

There are too few longers near the pool. Guests were allowed to bring glassware to the spa area, which is a huge risk. They use swimming pool salt instead of chlorine, which is good. But they use so much that even a little bit of it getting into your eye will cause you intense pain, which is less good. On the day we were there, the wet sauna was also broken.

The hotel is nicely renovated. The spa area has a nice view of the mountain and the Olympic ski slope. It is also within walking distance to the slope. The spa area is pretty nice.
