We arrived too late (flight delays) to order breakfast, which must be done before 8pm, as it is delivered to you room from outside. There are no cafes open in the district. We’d had nothing since lunch the day before (flight delays) so we found a local grocery shop. Moral: bring you own if you arrive after 8pm.

All questions have been replied on time and to the point. Clean and comfortable room with lots of space. Some electrical equipment may need to be upgraded, but other than that, everything was fine. Parking lot and breakfast were reserved for us for Extra charge, as expected. Good location close to metro and other attractions.

In terms of value for money, it might be expensive, especially considering the cost of living in this city. We did not opt for breakfast as it is an extra option that cannot be activated in the morning. However, there are some breakfast options in the neighbourhood.

The location is good. The city itself is not that walkable. However, you can reach the most popular destinations from this location within 15 minutes. There are also some nice restaurants and coffee spots in the neighbourhood. The rooms are excellent, equipped with everything you would expect. The bathroom is amazing; the shower head and water pressure were nice. The terrace accessible for everyone was also very nice. The free coffee machine did not always work, but the beer dispenser did, and we enjoyed some nice relaxing times away from the city.

My only suggestion is the bathroom could use a smaller light for night time use as the light is quite bright especially in darkness.

The hotel was exceptional. Everything was very clean, the bed sheets smelt nice and the facilities were great. The staff were happy to help and the manager was very attentive asking us if we needed anything. The terrace area is lovely and the addition of the free use of bicycles is superb! We’d love to come back if we stay in Bucharest again.

Some electricity in the room was late to turn on. Nothing worrying however.

Wonderful experience in a recently and modernly renovated hotel. Parking space wasn't free, but I knew it in advance and the space was reserved as ordered. It was 24x7 camera surveilled and recorded, so there was a very good sense of security. After reserving the hotel, we had a message about breakfast, that we had to order it on the day before as it was offered in conjunction with a bakery. It wasn't like breakfast visitors usually have at hotels, but it was very sufficient and good value for money. Room was spacious and clean, although some lights were late to turn on. metro station is very close, so visiting places around is very convenient. Communication with stuff prior and during our stay was excellent as all questions were kindly answered quickly. It was a plus that we had the opportunity to meet in person with staff who was answering my questions and thank her. All in all is a good value for money that a visitor won't regret.

I know it’s an apart-hotel but a breakfast spread would be nice. The Paul breakfast was mediocre (not the fault of the hotel). I guess they don’t have a kitchen which is a shame. Recommend finding another place for breakfast than the overpriced (10euro) tasteless Paul baguette sandwich.

Had to ask for clean towels as the room was not cleaned daily. Also had to ask for more toilet roll !

Friendly staff. Nice to have a coffee and beer machine. Reception lady called us a taxi company for our airport transfer and was very helpful. Manager and owner very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and exceeded expectations.
