We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MoldovaInitially, our room smelled as is someone previously smoked. Per our requests, they changed the room and the new one was fine yet you could still smell cigarettes in some areas, mostly because it is allowed to smell at the hotel entry. The furniture is quite old, the bed mattress is to be changed as well.
The room and specifically the bathroom was very spacious, very clean and had everything in place. The stuff was friendly and resolved all our requests in a timely manner.

UkraineWe are very satisfied with the hotel. Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable beds. Also, there is an option for a buffet breakfast in the morning. There is parking available near the hotel. Highly recommend.

Very nice and friendly staff. All was brand new: room furniture and sanitary items in bathroom. Hotel placed in the center o town. The mattress made from memory foam give you a perfect restful sleep. Although the room's window faced a noisy street, the triple-glazed windows ensured perfect silence.

Bulgaria- We were extra changed as we wanted a double bed instead of two single beds, but at the end we receive two single beds pushed together in a triple room. So there was absolutely no point of the extra money we paid - we being two only we’re not using the extra space and we could push the two single beds on our own if that was the point. - I smashed a cockroach in the hall, but didn’t see any others so may be it got lost :D - It would be great if they had an AC in the room and constant hot water pressure in the bath too.
- The extremely helpful, smiley and nice lady on the reception! The hotel should be proud to have her there! - We weren’t with our dog, but other guests were, so it is just great the hotel is pet friendly! - Definitely recommend the restaurant. They have huge meals and are very professional also. Highly recommend the homemade lemonade!

FranceThe breakfast was very bad. Was expensive and very poor : some tomatoes, salaam, eggs and sausages. The eggs were cold as from the fridge, nobody came to fill or to check.
Hotel is very well placed in the center of the town. Lady at the reception was nice and friendly. Good internet connection, big, clean room and also bathroom was ok.

CanadaBreakfast was fine, eggs, coffee, in a continental style. I was there to watch two hockey games so this was a trip with a purpose. Gheorgheni, is a Romanian countryside town that is very quiet. I walked around the town in all directions throughout my stay and felt safe. The hotel was clean, water was warm for showering. My one observation is that unlike in North America where smoking is not permitted on the premises of hotels, restaurants etc. etc. Here it is allowed or tolerated, not sure what one is to be used to define it. Since the restaurant on the main floor allows people to smoke it travels up to the hotel rooms via the hallways. I am not sure if there are even any restriction against smoking in the rooms, mine smelled like a smoking room. So, if this bothers you take that into consideration. But, I am not sure you would find any difference at any other hotels. In Romania they still smoke like it is the cure for cancer.
