Nothing only wish I could stay longer than the one night

Right from the lovely lady on reception who greeted us so nicely and helped give us directions to the center of town a d other local attractions . To the beautiful room .the service throughout was exceptional . The location was good the shower was amazing and the breakfast was lovely . I loved it 😍

Terrace could be cozier, so people can enjoy sunset or breakfast there (perhaps during the summer it's possible)

Fresh, clean and very cozy house at the heart of Brasov. Hospitality at high level, delicious breakfast, variety of options for treatments (massage for additional price). Nice view from terrace.

Good breakfast selection, however the breakfast staff lady was very grumpy.

The property is located in the old town which makes it perfect for a short trip to wander around. It was my sister's birthday so the reception staff have greeted us with a glass of bubbles and prepared a Happy Birthday card in the room which was a wonderful gesture. We didn't have the time to try the spa or the rooftop terrace but these but overall we had an exceptional stay. A special thank you to the receptionist (didn't catch her name) who was extremely helpful and polite.

Beautiful hotel, felt very luxurious. The lobby, breakfast area and room all beautifully designed. I liked the touch screen to control lights, air conditioning etc in room. Bathroom and bathroom toiletries were great. A special shout out to the breakfast chef. I am vegan with a nut allergy and he brought out seperate items for me, checked in with me. He was so helpful and couldn't do enough which made our stay even better. Staff in the hotel were very friendly.

Very good breakfast cooked with love and fresh produce. The service was spot on and the breakfast room was nice and cosy. The chef came to us and offered some banana bread that he had freshly baked.

It looks beautiful, the room is big enough and nicely decorated. Kind staff, especially at breskfast. Quite diversified food and good quality. Few min walk from city center. Very clean and comfortable bed. Great shower products

We loved the room and how well equiped it was. Everything around hotel is at a wak distance. Also the staff was so helpful and kind.

Everything was good except for the fact that we need to pay for a bottle of water! No free water at the hotel. Additionally, at the breakfast we asked for omlet, they made it but we were surprised for an extra charge while checking out! They did not inform us while ordernig that its with extra charge. No parking!

The check in time was badly communicated, they said we can check in at an earlier time then we had to walk around randomly for an hour until it was actually ready.

Breakfast area is a a bit crowded. There are no parking spaces in the hotel, but public parking is close by.

Every stay at this hotel is a pleasure, rooms are very comfortable and hotel staff is very friendly. It is close to city center and also pet friendly. We’ll return for sure.

Nothing to dislike- although parking in the narrow street is a little bit tricky, so keep that in mind.

Really lovely boutique hotel- very, very tastefully decorated. The view from the rooftop is another plus. Quite friendly and hospitable staff. Generous range of buffet breakfast options. Cozy comfortable rooms. Good range of toiletries. A few minutes walk to the city center. Range of good restaurants and cafes nearby. Overall quite a pleasant stay.
