The ONLY downside was the amount of noise you could hear from INSIDE the hotel - We could easily hear and were actually woken up by the couple and their child talking and running up and down the halls early in the morning, and the we could also hear very loud walking from the unit overhead. Other than that it was a dream.

Beautiful room. Just Beautiful! Well thought out. Loved the use of technology, the relaxing music playing in our room during the day, the furnishings, the location - just off the high traffic area so the nights are a bit quieter, the staff who were incredibly helpful. Just wish we'd stayed here both nights during our time in Brasov. Would love to go back just to stay at Schuster again!

it was frustrating not being able to find something in this regard…

this is not a boarding house or a hotel… this is a spoiling experience, a life lesson, a proof of professionalism that one deserves in his life. everything is conceived with lots of attention to the smallest detail. the property and the staff are at the highest standards. there’s nothing to say about the room or the sleepover and yeah… you don’t feel like home - because at home nobody could offer you so much attention and consideration.

To go at 4th floor terasse only the reception can provide access up. The card cannot be set to allow 4th floor access. The reception called in tge room to check if we parked the car in front asking if a specific car plate belongs to us. We have left the car plate details at the reception as it is requested in the form so the call late at night was useless and the reception should have checked the forms and not call in the rooms.

Outstanding guest house. In all aspects exceeds all expectations. Location, breakfast, design, services, room, attention to each detail.

This hotel is outstanding - the staff is friendly, the hotel is state of the art with beautiful decor and architecture, and it’s located the the heart of Brasov. We loved the little touches such as being greeted with a glass of Prosecco, homemade cookies waiting for us in the room, sweet and attentive staff and a lovely breakfast. This is a must stay at place in Brasov. Thank you and keep it up! We’ll definitely be back.

There is just one aspect that in our mind needs wto be hugely improved: breakfast. It’s not about the variety as it is about the quality. The good thing was the nice selection of cheeses. For me it stopped there, as there were little choice of healthy foods otherwise. No eggs, just industrial made scrambled eggs, only white breads, few fruit and vegetables, juices were caned. Please focus more on food quality and less on how food is presented. Romania is full of whole natural produce in the summer, add some nice season fruit and vegetables, whole breads and some real eggs and you’ll have happy customers!

We came to this hotel after a long day of driving. We were a little frazzled. We were greeted by a very lovely woman who checked us in and gave us a glass of Prosecco It was exactly what we needed. The mattress of the beds is super hard and not at all uncomfortable. The friends that recommended us this place told us the exact thing. I would suggest for management to buy some toppers because it's too bad for people not to be able to rest when everything else is so great. They advertise massages and spa treatments everywhere (elevators, room). We asked for a massage the evening we arrived- they told us let's schedule for next morning, next morning they said for the late afternoon bec therapists are not available. When we came for the massages- they told us- never mind they couldn't do it, what about tomorrow morning? I think genuinely- if you can't offer and you need 5 days in advance- either communicate that or stop advertising a service you don't provide.

The design of the place is very nice and inviting. The rooms are good, bathrooms too. The lighting system is also very nice and user friendly. Breakfast diversity was good, and staff (especially breakfast staff) amazing. Also the cookies on the bed are delicious:)
