The sound isolation is very poor the stairs are really dangerous in my opinion it will help if the rooms were labeled more visible. At 11 pm other people were trying to enter in our room parking could be a problem in the area

We stayed in aprtm “‘mandarin”. There was some problems with hot water in shower, like in the swimming pool temperature ) Maybe the owner could add some smaller pot ) I suggest to give sheets or summer blankets for each, not 1 piece per 1 bed. It’s not enough to cover 2 adult bodies ))

It's ground-floor, and you can actually hear people turning on water, bathing, or flushing above you. Not a luxury place but a cozy one, as long as you are aware of this, it is enjoyable.

there's a huge and popular park nearby. Inside, you can visit the Children's village - a pretty big amusement park with all kinds of attractions. If you go the other way, you can walk through another popular park and reach the center of Bucharest. A couple of shops and great family restaurants nearby. There's a whole cellar converted to a kids play-room with toys in it.

The sound isolations is very poor, we could hear everystep and sound from the people who booked the room above us. We had some problems with somekind of a gas alarm and that was activated for a 30' mins until we managed to stop it. The sound was loud and pretty anoying. But the host was helpful and told us the fixing steps through the phone.

The rooms, the sheets and the towels were very, very clean. The rooms smelled very well and they were very spacious. There is also a small kitchen with everything needed there. I really appreciated the attentions on the details (the host left us the booking instructions along with candies and scented sticks). There is a nice terrase in the propery backyard. The locations was perfect for Arenele Romane.

A little more waterproofing for the shower cabin walls would do and a check-up on the windows' setup.

Great host, we misplaced a key after a gig and the host arrived in the dead of the night to help us with a spare one. Glorious!

The floor creaked, the noise from the boulevard could be heard quite loudly from the apartment.

Serban was a very helpful host, the apartments were on two floors, in a house. The attic apartment was warm for the 10 degrees outside.

There was a problem with the initial get in as the automatic lock wouldnt open but the owner was amazing and came out after midnight to fix it and let us in. Actually a thing Indid like.

Very nice appartement with kitchen in central Bukarest just a few minutes walk from metro station. However in a quiet location amongst residential area. Clean. Big smile for fantastic steam coffemaker and coffe available for guests! No problems with getting the keys and a little bit later checking-out. The host can communicate fluently in English and is really helpful. We recommend this place!
