The Staff was extremely nice and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They even brought vegetarian options,after they knew that we don't eat meat.

All at high level, cleanliness, staff, perfect view, good food, quiet and large rooms. Bath for any rooms, I try to see something negative and nothing to say. Check-in with a code even the host waited for us to present the parking place, apartment, electronics and food from refrigerator.

Everything was perfect. Spotless apartment, gorgeous rooms, very spacious, I can’t say enough about it . Great for families, friends, leisure or whatever purpose of your traveling is. Very quiet, beautiful view, there is a bus station just outside the building that goes to Brasov. 5 min driving to the teleferic. You can serve breakfast, lunch and dinner in the apartament. They are included in the price. The fridge has all you need for a delicious breakfast. And lunch and dinner will be delivered at the door at whatever time you want. There is also a coffee machine drinks and water. You will also find cleaning products of you need them. I would give it 10 stars if it was possible.

Honestly there were no downsides.

The apartment was great, with an amazing view, and excellent amenities. One thing that definitely surprised us was the food. We went for the half board option and we were very happy with our choice. It was all very tasty and the fridge and cupboards were packed with all sorts of goodies and even homemade wine and jams!

The meals (breakfast and dinner) were included in the room price, but delivered to be served in the room. Food was good, but nothing special in the fix menu. Price for the room including two meals per day a little bit too expensive in my opinion.

Very big room, clean and very cozy! All equipment were new and stylish, all facilities were ok! Parking place in the basement, very useful in the winter time.

The only small incovenience but unfortunately cannot be fixed by the host is the fact that you cam hear people walking in the apartment above, is like small thunders. But it is not very disturbing

The heating (I think electrical) was producing a disturbing noise, but general temperature was hot enough to shut it down during the night.. We were in luck of having civilized neighbours😀, otherwise the sound insulation is not great.

We booked a 2 bedrooms apartment for 3 nights stay. Apartment is well equipped, you have underground parking, everything you need to prepare a full breakfast. The host is very responsive and connected with the customers, proactive for lunch/dinner deliveries. We had a nice surprise as the host organized an open space free barbecue for December 1st. It’s not about the food, we appreciated the gesture as they spent money and time for organising this small event and they were not obliged to. You can enjoy the heated pool (not included in the price) or take a walk in the “wild” You need car to go to the heart of Poiana resort, but I noticed there is also buses available which connect Silver Mountain resort to Poiana.

Safe box didn't work. Breakfast reastaurant is too crowded and there was no milk for coffee and coffee machine didn't make latte.

The elevator stop working from 10 o’clock in the day we were suppose to leave the apartment by 11:00. I had to do 4 trips with luggage from 7’th floor. It was a planned maintenance.. who in their right mind plan maintenance before people need to check out..

The only thing we found slightly inconvenient was the occasional smell in the bathroom. Sometimes, after returning from a long trip and entering the bathroom, we would encounter a strange odor that wouldn't dissipate, even if the ventilator was left on for several hours.

- Everything was amazing. - The rooms look exactly like they do in the pictures & are extremely spacious. - Each room had its own bathroom & three out of four rooms had a terrace as well. - Upon arrival, we found that the fridge was full of delicacies (eggs, different types of ham, milk, bread, butter, vegetables, sodas, etc) and we also received dinner on a daily basis, delivered always at the same time (chosen by us). - The cooked food was delicious, and the portion was so generous that we could barely finish it all. - The view was amazing - nothing but fir trees, the sky, the sun/moon & blissful quietness. - The host was great & there was always someone available to help us or guide us when needed. - The staff was really kind and helpful We would like to thank everyone involved in making this a worth experience for us! We'll likely return any time, given the chance.

So many stairs and elevated doorways..... A pigeon problem on the terrace.

Amazing appartment, large amd comfortable. Food was great and diverse for us grown ups(the kids tasted and ate dome of it but ended up having pasta most nights, though). It was great to have our meal brought to the room every evening rather than cooking or having to go oit again to a restaurant. The spa was more than enough for us, we enjoyed a rainy afternoon there very much. We communicated with our hosts via whatsupp-they were responsive and it worked well for us.
