The rooms in the new wing have a fairly basic quality of finishes, at the entrance door you can see from the outside into the room.

The hotel is located in an area close to business centers, the rooms are clean and the mattresses very comfortable. Breakfast also varied.

I had an issue with the keycard - it was disactivated everyday and needed an update. Cleaning service was rather symbolic.

Breakfast was ok, continental menu, delicious hummus, nice sweets. Personnel was kind and helpful. Parking was available free of charge.

The man working in the Lebanese restaurant was looking very angry and not welcoming at all. We felt a little uncomfortable having breakfast there.

Good location, mid way between airport and city. Very welcoming staff, helpful when required. Room was very spacious, with good amenities. Bed was comfortable, room was a good temperature. Breakfast was quite good, decent selection including a fair amount of vegetarian options. Spa facilities were good, a nice addition for relaxing at the hotel. Overall a very good hotel for the price paid

In general, everything is fine, there were no problems. However, in the bathroom, on the floor, there are spots, like dirt, but in fact it has already eaten into the paint (that is, the problem is purely aesthetic). There are some minor problems with the lift, because the touch panel and the buttons do not always work. Also, it is advisable to bring the gym back to normal, to maintain it (at least lubricate the exercise equipment). But all these points are not critical. The hotel is worth the money.

The staff is polite, ready to help, and proactive. Breakfasts are great, a wide variety of dishes, enough meat items, quite good. The hotel has a sauna, a jacuzzi and a gym (a gym, a bit weak, but at least it's there).

Everything was perfect, receptionists were beyond nice people very kind, the restaurant was delicious, I had lunch and dinner there! Good location, the room had all the details and more.. one of the places I have stayed in Booking and also fair with prices! They kept my luggage safe when I checked out and I had to leave for a meeting 🥹

Although I arrived late, being tired, I had to wait untill the receprionist filled all my info for checkin (having my ID in copy already) and I had to pay then. Payment the next day was out of the question.

A very pleasant experience of staying at the hotel. It is spacious, well lit, and smells nice. The room is large, equipped with everything necessary for a stay (a wide variety of toiletries, serviceable plumbing, hot water without interruption, slippers, bathrobes, kettle and coffee machine). Very clean and warm. It's a bit far from the center, but this is compensated by public transport, which stops right outside the hotel and runs every few minutes. The staff is very friendly and helpful, all our small problems have been solved. Very good breakfasts, a large selection, everything is fresh and delicious.
