The property is run by a couple, very friendly and kind people. I mostly interacted with Lavinia and she was extremely nice, even helped me how to get there on the phone. I booked the place as it’s close to the airport and I stayed only for 1 night. It was like a small apartment so I really had everything what I needed. 🎈😊

Despite my very late arrival caused by cancelled and delayed flights, Calin was extremely accommodating! The place itself is perfectly located if you're looking for something close to the Cluj airport and it's budget friendly. It was warm, clean and comfortable! Highly recommended!

The hosts were great. Driving there is a relatively simple process. A bus stop is also in the vicinity. It's close to the airport. When I was not at the place, I travelled with the dog that was allowed to stay in the yard with the owner's dog. I have no complaints; the bed was really comfortable.

It was a little cold and far away from the center but in rest it was alright, I highly suggest this hostel, maybe I'll come back next time.

The staff was very friendly, I was able to get some chairs and things sorted out and it was in general a very nice and warm experience, I recommend it.

The place could be cleaned better - the coffee machine and the microwave were dirty :(

Close to the bus (don't trust Google maps that guide you to Ionescu Sos stop to force you for a 10-min walk to the place - get off 2 stops earlier - Pintea Viteasul Sud bus stop and the Hostel is 3-4 minutes walk from there). Close to the airport. Good for longer stays.

The host was super helpful. He even offered me to use his bike. The Place is super clean, quite, and there is a nice garden with delicious plums on the trees. Would definitely recommend the hostel. Thank you!

I missed a water boiler in my room, because I had to enter a different building in order to reach the shared kitchen space. The common kitchen though has everything you need.

Very nice people, I got support in any request I had, the place felt like home to me. I had my own room, including bathroom. There is a small supermarket and a beautiful river in walking distance, so very much village vibes. Use the Bolt app in order to travel (like Uber), it’s the easiest way to reach destinations like Cluj city.

Perhaps there should be fans in the rooms and smaller lights. There are only the general ones and they are too bright.

The room in first floor has a lots mosquito, and rhe shower room water is some problem with using. But the staff reslove our problems immediately😊

The staff is friendly and good communication. And the place is close to the bus station, you just walk around 3mins take bus to the city center. The price is valuable, I’ll recommend Sport Hostel Cluj

The bathroom is not private as advertised. Was shared with a few rooms. Across the hall. The shower head is leaky meaning its not very powerful. Nice and clean though.

Big room, nice quiet outlet suburb from the city centre. Direct bus to city centre and airport/station. Welcoming staff. Advertised as a hostel but only the bathroom is shared. Very clean and good temperature in the room. Facilities such as a kitchen with tea and coffee and toiletries available to use. Good wifi.

I was there only for 9 hours (came late at night and left early in the morning). As travelers, we sometimes face issues with our mobile internet connection. Unfortunately this was my case. The problem turned worse when I found out that there's no visible password for the WIFI, I looked everywhere (everywhere in the room, common spaces, kitchen, other floor, behind the doors, bathroom, etc.) and it was nowhere to be found. As I said, I arrived late at night so I couldn't ask anyone, with this information (and having given me the door code while chatting), they should've provided the password before.

Nice location only if you're going to the airport. If not, you're a bit far from the city center. I got a whole room for myself. Very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom is pretty nice (a bit smelly, but not a big problem for me). There's a kitchen (2 actually).

There was nothing consifering the price point one could not expect more.

The guest was my 16 year old son who is on the UK National Water Polo team. As a minor the owner agreed to let him stay as his coach needed an adult to take charge. He was happy to do this and answered my messages and request immediatly. Not many hotels would offer this. They are also very close to the airport and this is a 3 Euro Uber ride. The owner cares about his guests and the price was good.
