The apartment is huge and really clean. The kitchen has every thing you need. The location is 5 minutes of slow walk from the town center.

No intercom (useful in case of deliveries), but the courier phoned and we got downstairs to pick-up the parcel.

Close to the city center and Tampa alley. Clean, spacious, well equiped kitchen (enough to wrap up something quick). The apartment is nicely furnished, the bedroom bed is enormous and very comfortable, the sofa as well (as mush as a sofa can be).

It was a bit hard to find keys, I had to call the host for that. Shower in the bathroom is designed in a way that it's very easy to spill water all over the place.

Big and comfortable apartment in the old building, renovated nicely. It is equipped with everything a quest could possibly need. Private parking available on the backyard.

I liked that the apartment was super clean, great decorations, we had everything we needed. Great location: in 5 minuntes you reach the center!! We had towels, clean bed sheets, the kitchen had all you need(but we didn't use it)- I prefer eating out during my holidays.

The cleanliness could be better, but it's not the owner's fault the cleaning team doesn't do it job properly all the time.

- internet is kinda slow (not terrible, but slow) - you would notice this more if you would use two devices at the same time (like a phone and a laptop, for instance) - it would be nice to have more cooking pots - it would be nice to have some cleaning services for a longer stay (like ours), we had the towels and bed sheets changed one time but no cleaning from what we saw (it would have been nice to have the whole apartment cleaned at least one time during our stay, if not two times)

The apartment is really big and looks really good, has a nice and modern design. You have a huge TV in the living room with soundbar and subwoofer, really nice to watch TV / YouTube / movies or listen to some music. The bed in the other room is huge, too, and really comfortable, with a decently big TV considering the view distance. Everything was clean on arrival. Each product in the house (like TVs, coffee machine, washing machine, etc) is from quality brands. The apartment is on the first floor so you can open the windows relaxed. The sleep room has two windows, so you can have the one facing to the street closed and the other one opened and it will be quiet. The kitchen has everything you need, same as the entire apartment. We had a really nice stay in here, the problems that we mentioned to them were fixed pretty fast. I would recommend this apartment to everyone, probably the best apartment type accommodation I ever stayed in.

We would have liked a terace.

We loved the Location, facilities, comfort, interior design and lots more. The apartment is very close to the city centre with loads of shops, supermarkets & takeaways near by. The host brought us extra towels when asked. The apartment has everything you need. in the kitchen it has all the cutlery, pan etc.. It has a washing machine which was very handy. The huge bed gives you a good night sleep. The apartment was lovely decorated. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved everything about the property. Warm, cozy, clean and comfortable. Living room has a leather couch and an immense 75inch tv. Bedroom has a king sized bed with comfy mattress. Heated flooring.

That's just amazing. I wish I could live there forever :) host was so attentive and responsive. The apartment is extremely cosy and super close to the centre. I really recommend it.

No helpful extras provided eg washing powder. internet fairly slow. had to chase for proper instructions for entry (as no one on site. They knew that there were no guidance notes in the property eg wifi password, instructions etc. but did nothing about it.
