At first arrival, we had no hot water for showers, but we related to the staff, and they took care of the problem. Communication is important.

Very nice and comfortable room with lots of space. Very clean room and had a bad for aur child. Nice facility! Staff Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and lots of variety of food, good coffee. Lots of free parking spaces. It's definitely a must stay! The location is good and easy to find, clause to the downtown area! We will definitely visit again. Highly recommend to family and friends!

Location, not very central.

A nice hotel with big rooms, kettle in the room plus tea bags, comfortable beds and great breakfast. Good coffee machine at breakfast and also great selection, maybe improve the juice. You also have 2 filtered bottles of water in the room, still and sparkle. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. It also has it’s own parking.

Water in the shower and bathroom sink takes a long time to warm up.

Excellent staff!Both receptionists,so professional.Lovely,genuine good people!As a muslim woman they made me feel very good,they didnt give me anxiety! The room was warm,the bed comfortable,very,very clean and obviously,very beautiful!😊 Extremely happy with everything they have provided. Delicious breakfast included,I have forgot to mention. To be honest,It is the nicest memory from Sibiu!😊🌹

In my opinion it is a really good 4 star hotel in the outskirts of Hermannstadt/Sibiu. It is a quiet place, clean , good services and a tasty and plenty of breakfast in the morning. I would stay there the next time I travel to this City.

The location is in town, but still very far from city center, and no reliable public transport in the area.

The breakfast wasn't very diverse but it included everything you'd need for a good way to start your day. The rooms were extremely clean when we received them, as well as very spacious. The rooms were also equipped well, with water, sparkling water, empty mini-fridge for food storage, and a lot more. Location was right in front of a grocery store ProfiCity, has milk, yogurt etc.

All night there was very loud music from a party in the hotel restaurant. Initially they told me it should end by midnight, only after I complained they agreed to stop the music by 23:00 (and so it was).

This hotel is great. The room was very spacious and comfortable. There is a big parking in front of the hotel and a grocery store across the street that is open 24/7. In the room we had a kettle with some coffee and tea. The breakfast was also good. I will definitely go there again.
