Acctually no reservations about the hotel

Nice and spatial apartment, fantastic pillows (the most comfortable I have met in the past few years during travels abroad). Clean room, nice breakfast, free parking area, quiet location. For us it was a stopover, so we were fine with a hotel in a suburb.

I would hope that breakfast on Sunday would not end at 9AM. That's a bit odd. Also the quality of the breakfast could be better for the high price.

The tub was great! Perfectly clean and the jacuzzi was functional. Loved that the apartment was spotless. Quiet at night. Great quality bed and pillows! Just a very pleasant stay. I would definitely go back.

My favourite hotel in Cluj. Receptionist was very helpful when I arrived 02.30, he took my suitcase up to my room. I recommend this hotel, never had a bad experience there.

My favourite hotel in Cluj. Everything very good, can't fault it. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Hotel is outside Cluj but only taxi ride away.

We had the pleasure of staying in a suite that was superb, very clean, very large and very comfortable. Very large terrace with furniture. The leather sofas in the living room, the tasteful curtains and drapes, made of an expensive material and the bed cover made of the same material, the decorative pillows on the bed were also special. The bathroom very big and clean. TV in the living room and bedroom, and refrigerator with mini bar.

No kettle for tea or coffee in rooms. TV sound very poor.

Coming out of hospital after surgery for a few days convalescence, the hotel was perfect - quiet, clean and comfortable and the food superb for the price. Good insulation between the rooms, bed very comfortable. The staff were extremely attentive to my many requests including a good taxi to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay away from the busy city. This was my first visit to Rumania and I love the people and spaciousness.

Stayed for 4 night, it was very clean, great breakfast, lovely staff. It has a big parking lot and good internet connection (did some work calls and was pretty stable). The location is awesome, quiet, close to some walking/hiking trails in Cluj

The staff was not friendly-professional but not friendly. The location was bad-far from the city center. The breakfast was poor, there were just 4 options and they wouldn't make me latte, because the option for breakfast was just espresso included. Very rude when I asked about it. The hotel restaurant had too few dishes to order. Saturdqy night there was a party at the restaurant and we couldn't ask for forks for our order from tazz. They didn't have room service. If I were to come to Cluj again, I would definitely NOT choose HOTEL STIL!

The suite was big and the hot-tub was amazing. The breakfast was good but not wow.

The pillows are uncomfortable and too soft, but it is ok. The housekeeper asked only if I needed something in my room but did not come to make the bed or change the towels. There is a sign where you ask for here to make the room. The hotel is situated at the entrance of the city, in order to visit you need some kind of transportation to reach the city center

Is very clean and very good value for money, the room is big and the beads are comfortable The food in the restaurant is very good. Big and free parking. The staff is friendly and willing to help.
